Holiday rentals with breakfast in Songpa District

Airbnb was pristine clean, beds were very comfortable and all amenities were provided as listed. For the amount we paid for the Airbnb, we were very satisfied with the house and service. Airbnb host was very responsive and helpful, she even greeted us on the first day and helped us to call a taxi on our last day. Other than the location, everything was great! Will definitely come back here to stay!

This is what I call true love and passion for hosting it shines through every single detail, from the moment I arrived until the end of my stay. This Airbnb truly left me speechless. From the adorable little notes in every corner to the complete set of thoughtful amenities, everything was prepared with such care and heart. It genuinely felt like home. What made it even more special was the surprise welcome gift a delicious homemade japchae! It completely made my day and brought the warmest smile to my face. I was so touched by this kind gesture thank you from the bottom of my heart. I even thought about extending my stay because it was just that perfect. The host was so responsive, friendly, accommodating and kind. The unit is perfect. A lot better than 3-star hotels. The house was very clean. Every little things were thought off for all that you will need. Very homey feel at the same time you will feel that you really are in Korea because of the local neighborhood. We had a very good sleep with the comfortable beds. There are still lots of space to move around for the 5 of us. Very clean and spacious toilet and bath for Korean accommodation. Walking distance from Seoul Station. We are very happy and satisfied staying here. Will stay again when we travel again to Korea.

Best place we stayed in Seoul by far - Itaewon has such a fun culture, and the accommodation is just a couple streets away from the main hub for bar hopping so it’s quiet at night but very easy to just walk to if you want to have fun and experience the night life! It’s also very close to amazing restaurants and the train station. Beautiful accommodation, very homey - and Linda is an amazing host she’s always trying to make sure you’re as comfortable as possible during your stay.

Fantastic stay above the rooftops of Seoul! Right in the heart of Seongsu-dong, yet peaceful. Super friendly and helpful host, smooth check-in thanks to the lovely café staff downstairs. The apartment is small (especially the bathroom!), but the rooftop terrace is a dream. The 62 steps are easy—and the view makes it all worth it. Great mix of traditional and trendy spots within walking distance. I felt right at home. Thank you, 선아!

It's a good accommodation for healing. There is a Baeksasil Valley right in front, and it was nice to be able to do light hiking in Bukaksan.

I stayed here for almost two weeks with my son, and I honestly have nothing but positive things to say. The unit was perfect for the two of us — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped. The bathroom was modern, the kitchen was simple yet had everything we needed, and the bed was super comfy. I especially appreciated the convenient storage space and hanging area for clothes as I was visiting Korea for a wedding. The location was amazing — just a short walk to Nambu subway station, with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way. I was able to get my hair and nails done, and did plenty of shopping at Olive Young and Daiso, all within walking distance! Getting around was super easy. My son and I visited the aquarium, a kids’ café, KidZania, and more — all accessible by subway. The department stores were also nearby, which made everything even more convenient. My son was so sad to leave — he actually said he wanted to live here forever! I highly recommend this place to anyone vi

Absolutely best host I've ever had. they're extremely patient and was always responsive no matter the time or issue. They give tons of recommendations for places to see too! The location is phenomenal with beautiful sights and nice cafes. The rooms were spacious and comfortable! The host also left some goodies for our arrival which was a huge plus! Definitely a wonderful place to stay ♥️

Our family of four adults stayed at Gaya's condo for five days. We loved the location. It was very easy to get to the major attractions and more than enough restaurants to choose from. Subway was close by, but we did a lot of walking and took taxi back home when we were tired. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked (we didn't cook at all), but it had everything you need if you choose to cook. The airport pick up arranged by Gaya was a well planned transition from ICN to the condo. That was a very nice treat!!! We arrived at the condo around 9PM and Gaya was there to welcome us and gave us a quick guide to the apartment. Oh, and the fridge was very well stocked up. Thank you Gaya for sharing your home with. Your hospitality made our trip seamless and enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Seoul in the future.

Staying at Alexis and Elly’s place was amazing. The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully equipped. But what made it special were the details that created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. In the bathroom, there was everything from a foot scrub to hair oil. In the living room, we found a foot massager, an electric blanket (who knew those existed?!), and many thoughtful touches. The breakfasts and cleaning service? Truly incredible — we’ve never seen that anywhere else. Special highlights: big towels (a rare find in Korea!) and a spacious walk-in closet, which was such a pleasant surprise. Alexis also sent us a detailed guide to Seoul, including a Christmas market we visited — her recommendations were fantastic. It’s clear Alexis and Elly are travelers themselves — they’ve thought of everything a guest might need. And most importantly, we felt their care through every message. Highly recommend this place — it’s one of the best we’ve ever stayed in!

Clean apartment convenient to the heart of Seoul including transportation.

The accommodation experience is super good, it is located in a residential area and is very quiet at night, the kitten is also very cute ~ The room is just like the photo, the landlord speaks Chinese very well!!Don't worry about language communication, the people are very, very nice, you can contact him if you have any problems, I hope Santa can make your wish come true this year🛗

This hanook was so delightful and Jooseok was very kind and attentive. He helped us so much to navigate our visit (both to and from the home) Also, the space was beautiful and the neighborhood incredible. It’s very peaceful yet close enough to a popular street to easily access on foot. Wish I could have stayed a week to enjoy it all. I’d love to come back again. Thank you 🙏 🙏🙏

The hosts are a couple who live in a traditional Korean home, located in a residential area but in the heart of downtown. Highly recommended for those who want to have an authentic experience. Breakfast is prepared by the hosts and is very good, homey and traditional. Beyond expectations

a beautiful stay! wish i stayed longer. the breakfast was amazing and delicious. the helpers on the property are so kind and generous. the building is taken care of and the rooms are small but very comfy! the bathrooms are nicely renovated. i highly recommend staying here for a unique experience.
