beautiful house with lots of space and privacy. The owner was quick to communicate and accommodating to our check in requests. We walked to the closest beach on the highway, but i WOULD NOT recommend doing that. you have to drive to get in the ocean, but they are all close by. the house has boardgames, a pool table, cable tv, couches, patios. it really felt like vacation. Our small family had an excellent stay. The home and views, directly on the beach, are stunning. A highlight for us was access to the two kayaks. The island in front of the house and surrounding area are literally a nature wonderland. There is a great table for board games, and a great library for adults and kids. : ) High quality family time in a unique and safe home. (One thing to note is that there are no salt/pepper, other spices, sugar, coffee, etc. You’ll need to provide these for yourself.)

Ideal location! Rooftop patio is so cool! Nice neighborhood felt very safe. Erik is very quick at responding and very friendly!

It really exceeded my expectations. The sunsets are unmatched. Everything is very clean and despite being in a secluded place it has all the amenities including Starlink internet that never failed us.

The condo was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. It's right above the swimup bar. All the other pools are very close as well. The beach is under a 10 minute walk. It's also located close to other restaurants and the Malecon. You can get anywhere within 10 minutes of driving. Best part was the balcony and the beautiful views. Definitely worth it especially if you are going in a big group. We didn't cook in the kitchen but it had everything you can possibly need to cook.

This property was truly beautiful, we enjoyed our stay and really appreciated that the host always made sure there was someone available just in case we needed anything.

Villa is beautifully situated on Sandy Beach with an amazing view of the Port. We loved the Villa’s location and had 3 kids with us who also had an amazing time at the resort pools, slides, etc. Would definitely come back - it was a great value and the location couldn’t be beat!

We had a most enjoyable visit and look forward to renting this property again! It was wonderfully located and the putting green course is a lot of fun!

The house was a great way to spend the Thanksgiving holiday. Perfect for large groups and kid friendly too. Eric and Carol were easy to communicate with and always responsive!

Absolutely beautiful home! All the amenities you could ask for and away from the hustle and bustle of town. Extremely quiet both day and night, appreciated the regular security rounds by El Dorado security 24/7. Great dining places nearby on Hwy 5. House is spacious and has beautiful outdoor areas and a spectacular rooftop. Huge kitchen with all appliances. Self check-in was easy and painless. There were a couple of minor issues/questions during our week stay which John immediately took care of. Very responsive and helpful. We stayed here for the San Felipe 250 off road race, and our only regret was not being able to spend most of our time relaxing at the house. Thank you John and Jeanne.

A beautiful place. Very responsive and kind host. A little bit smaller than we were picturing, and it was so beautiful outside that we only wished there were bigger windows to the ocean!

My family Love this place I definitely would recommend it is a 5 minutes drive to downtown, a lot of restaurants two minutes away, quiet and pleasant area. The pool area is perfect. The room was spotless. Kerry and Kailah are a great host. Thank you!

I most definitely enjoyed staying, it was our first time in San Carlos, out of all the things we needed to worry about. Our Airbnb wasn’t one, very responsive, the house was clean. We received clear instructions which made it all so much easier to check in & check out.
