Welcome to Aqua Viva The perfect place to rest with a spectacular view and access to Lake Coatepeque. The house is large with comfortable spaces overlooking the lake. Each room has air conditioning and hot showers. The living and dining rooms do not have air conditioning The house has a swimming pool and Jacuzzi. However, they do not have a heater. This is our family beach house, it is beachfront with amazing ocean-views surrounded by palm trees. Its thatched roof out of palm leafs gives it a tropical flair. The main house is round-shaped with foldable sliding doors & windows (feel free to ask our caretaker to close them for you at night/open in the morning). The pool is very big and has a deep and a shallow area suitable for children. The third bedroom is located in a third, new area next to the pool with ocean view.
