@sihuasurfhouse sits on a private beach 5 mins from Mizata and Nawi Beach House. The beach is 100% sand, U-shaped and 7.5miles long perfect for horseback rides or long walks. Ideal for families looking for a spacious property to relax in privacy. There is a large charcoal grill (pick up charcoal on the way or purchase teak firewood at the property) as well as a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and serving ware for a large group (we do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, spices etc).

Located just a two block walk from the church and town plaza, the apartment is perfect for a weekend getaway or a cozy home base to explore Juayua and the surrounding towns along La Ruta de las Flores. The apartment is street level, centrally located and in a lively area, you will hear street noise, especially on weekends. Sorry, no pets allowed.

A stay located within a private and independent property, a safe place just entering Apaneca on the main road accessible to all the attractions of the area, it has 2 queen beds, 1 sofa bed, a living room, cable TV, wifi, bathroom with hot water, chalet-style kitchen equipped with microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, kitchen, coffee maker and dishes. It also has an outside grill and terrace with wooden table, hammocks, swings and fire pit. *Staff in charge provides assistance.

The social area has a bathroom, main dining room, breakfast bar, and bar. All this just a few steps away from a refreshing filtered pool. The gardens are grassy and their spectacular green contrasts with the blue of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, and all the utensils.

Villa de Vientos, in the heart of Apaneca, captivates at first sight with its spring interior garden in which three apartments converge. Independent, equipped to detail and with its own bathroom, all offer comfort, privacy and what you need to tune in to nature, the tranquility of the village and have a memorable stay. Apartamento 1, with one bedroom and a multifunctional space with kitchen and dining room, sleeps 4 people, facilitates a sofa bed in the living room.

Beach house - Summer houses

House in Las Veraneras beach club, with beach club access for 8 people. Soccer field, BKB and tennis 15 meters from the house. A safe, private area with 24-hour surveillance. Includes house cleaning service by trusted staff. Cleaning every 2 days due to Covid protocol, or on the day of arrival and departure for short rentals. It is located in front of the country club, so parking is not a problem. There is an Oasis that uses glass water bottles for consumption.

Relaxation and Sun

Cozy cabin inside the Las Veraneras Condominium, with a small private pool on the premises. The cabin has a large green area with hammocks and a small barbecue. The place is ideal for a family or a group of friends. Please note that I no longer offer access to the large pool beach club or restaurant. Beach access is private, with prior identification. It is two blocks away, and you can take your drinks there. Thank you.

A pasos del parque central, supermercados y muchos servicios turísticos más. Puedes quedarte, descansar, cocinar o dar un paseo por el pueblo, degustar los deliciosos platos en el festival gastronómico, visitar Los Chorros de la Calera o tomar tours de café, entre tantas variedad de la zona.
