There is a large charcoal grill (pick up charcoal on the way or purchase teak firewood at the property) as well as a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and serving ware for a large group (we do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, spices etc).

Just 3 minutes by vehicle in the center of Sonsonate, if you like to exercise the municipal stadium is three blocks from the property, we are 12 minutes from Izalco and 25 minutes from Acajutla, if you like to visit the flower route we are 35 minutes from Apaneca. If you want to get out by bus from public transport to the center to Sonsonate terminal, the stop is 25 meters away.

Beach house - Summer houses

House in Las Veraneras beach club, with beach club access for 8 people. Soccer field, BKB and tennis 15 meters from the house. A safe, private area with 24-hour surveillance. Includes house cleaning service by trusted staff. Cleaning every 2 days due to Covid protocol, or on the day of arrival and departure for short rentals. It is located in front of the country club, so parking is not a problem. There is an Oasis that uses glass water bottles for consumption.
