The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Beautiful independent villa on land of about one hectare, with olive groves, centuries-old oak and enchanting views of the green of the Roveto Valley. Ideal place to relax surrounded by nature, for long walks and cycling, horseback riding, visits to the hermitages. A few kilometers away: Sora, the enchanting waterfall of Isola del Liri, Lake Posta Fibreno, Zompo il Schioppo nature reserve, Sponga Park, the castle of Balsorano, the tunnels of Claudio and Alba Fucens.

This house is located in a characteristic alley of the medieval village of Civitella Alfedena, in the heart of the Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise National Park; reachable only on foot, away from the noise of cars, it allows you to experience village life in the human dimension typical of mountain villages. We are in the beautiful Valle di Comino, immersed in the tranquility of the valley between Alvito and San Donato Val Comino, close to the municipal swimming pool of San Donato. It is a 2-story detached house for 4 people. Ground floor: kitchen with everything you need and sofa bed for 2 people. Upper Floor: double bedroom and bathroom. Services offered: TV, bed sheets, towels, hairdryer, toilet paper, hot water, heating, parking, small garden.

San Lorenzo Waterfall

The property is located in the heart of the historic center, just steps from the Falls of Isola del Liri, near bars, restaurants and nightclubs. The city of Isola del Liri is easily accessible by car from Rome, Naples, Abruzzo and Molise. It is also connected by bus lines and train station. There are many places to visit nearby: historic cities and natural places. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
