It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

L'Abitazione del Lauro, the larger of the two independent apartments, is spread over two floors and has 4 bedrooms (5th optional), 2 bathrooms, and a private entrance. In one of the two rooms there is a pellet fireplace and for its use a separate payment is required (pellet consumption)
