It is an independent accommodation with terrace on the ground floor of my house located on a green hill with exceptional views of the valley. Private access. Private parking. Sleeps 4 people. Not recommended for children under 3 years old because the garden is in espalier. Access to the estate's swimming pool from June to mid-September and to the tennis court. Pool 50m walk from the apartment. The accommodation is disinfected after each rental. 3 km from the village and 15 km from the sea. At the foot of the hiking trails.

The house will provide a tranquil, calm and comfortable stay with all the amenities. It is close by the village shops and entertainments, hiking trails and mountain bike.

Come and enjoy the calm of this air-conditioned and independent apartment, peaceful in the heart of the old village of Argeles-sur-Mer, and completely refurbished in 2022. Quiet but close to the village center, 2 or 4 people can stay thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, and enjoy the terrace overlooking the river and nature. Access to the beaches is 5 minutes by car, 30 minutes on foot, there are shuttles all year round and electric bikes, more info on daqui-mobilité.fr.

Comfortable, bright and well located. The village enjoys catering services and shops with indigenous products. 20 kms. from the beach, Roses, Llançà, L'Escala... Close to the border with France, natural landscapes of the Sierra de l'Albera, cycling routes and route to discover megalithic monuments.
