The cottage is adjacent to our house, with no direct neighbors, and is designed to preserve everyone's peace and quiet. Detached house of 90 m2, containing, on the ground floor, an equipped kitchen area, living room and toilet. And upstairs two bedrooms with double bed, a relaxation area and a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Also enjoy a very natural outdoor area, with a large table to be able to have lunch in peace.

Our home is designed for a family with children, comfortable for a couple. - We offer a living room: Table for meals, Mini bar, Coffee maker, kettle. - No kitchen. - Internet - Toilet and shower. - 2 Beds (1600 x 2000) - Folding sofa (1100 x 1900) - Only dogs are allowed: We ask for an extra €15 per stay and per dog not exceeding 40 cm at the withers, beyond this size the extra is €30. We limit the number of these companions to two.

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.
