Kate’s cottage was absolutely and exactly what my girlfriends and I were looking for, for a little weekend getaway. It was even better than we expected, with its cosy charm, warm and inviting feel and had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be looking forward to booking again and want to thank both Kate and Glen for making our trip so seamless and calm. Thank you both so much!

We really enjoyed staying at Tahlia’s cosy cottage. Communication was excellent and the place was easy to find. It’s in a great spot, close to Rye beaches but in a quiet location. The kitchen and bathroom are really well appointed with everything we needed and the lounge was so comfy in the evenings. Even though it was chilly weather we didn’t need the wood fire as the AC was enough. The yard is big and dog friendly - one of the reasons we picked it, even though we ended up not bringing the dog. We will certainly be back!

We had a great stay! Leonie was fantastic to deal with and check in / out was a breeze. The house had plenty of activities and games to keep the little ones occupied. Kitchen and living were well stocked with the basics and kids cutlery & plates made everything so easy. Location wise was great. It’s in a nice quiet pocket, but only a 1 min drive to the beach. Would definitely recommend and it was a great holiday experience for our young family.

The house was peaceful, comfortable and in a great location - walking distance to the beach. It felt like a real and cosy home - he kitchen was amazing with lots of utensils and dishes, making it easy to cook meals. Shar was a lovely host. Highly recommend!

Lovely place to stay near the beautiful coast - Sam was very helpful and everything was as expected - great heater too - so snug and warm!

Ben’s house was an awesome place to stay for the four of us. Open plan living light spacious and so homely from the moment you walk in the door We were literally 2 minutes to the main strip Gardens and outdoor area was beautiful Used the pizza oven many times Great appliances and everything so clean and well presented Ben was easy to contact if we needed He offered us extra time the last day which was very generous Going back in November we loved it so much

Alicia is one of the gem! Great to communicate, clear instructions! The house is lovely! Clean, neat, complete kitchen things (made our life easy specially we cook our meal!) and best thing.. pet friendly! She’s definitely a recommendable accomodation’

Amazing setting for a peaceful weekend away. A stunning house with beautiful architecture which makes you feel like you are staying at your own private resort. Keryn was very helpful and proactive with check in and orienting us. Hot tub, sunny deck, pool table, well equipped kitchen, what more could you need.

We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

We had the best stay at the Sandpiper House with Karen and Cameron as our hosts. Super tidy house with a great view and we were also spoiled with complimentary breakfast during our stay 😊 we had an easy check in with an even easier and simple check out. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

The property was perfect for our family to celebrate a 70th birthday as well as Mother’s Day. There were several different areas which enabled us to spread out. The two young children had more than enough room to ride scooters around the property which was securely enclosed by electric gates. We felt private, which meant there wasn’t the worry of making too much noise. The pool was beautiful, cold, as it was the first weekend in May , however we still enjoyed a swim or two. The downstairs entertainment area was perfect . Perhaps an outdoor heater, but very nice to sit in at the end of to day. Upstairs the kitchen was great, a bad design for more than two people but generously equipped. One issue was the dishwasher which probably needs replacing. All bedrooms were spacious and airy and the beds were delicious to collapse into at the end of a busy day. All in all we enjoyed a relaxing stay . The proximity to shops , coffees, local wineries and restaurants , and beach was perfect .

Had a wonderful time property was very spacious lots of room For families with children or group of friends/couples. We really enjoyed our stay it’s a shame weather wasn’t better to enjoy the pool, but we enjoyed sitting by the fire pit. Kristen was a great host always responded very quickly and very accommodating. We had an amazing stay on Phillip Island at Ashlea’s place! The space was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The highlight for us was definitely the yoga session – it was such a calming, grounding experience that really set the tone for our trip. The sauna was another standout – clean, modern, and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. My partner and I left feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet retreat with thoughtful wellness touches. We’ll definitely be back!

Had a great stay with Kim and the team. Property was clean and tidy, communication was prompt and the listing matched all that was advertised. Kids were sad to be coming home after a lovely time away. Will be back.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very accommodating, offered us a last-minute booking with a discount and even allowed a late checkout, which we really appreciated. The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for us with more than enough room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot spa, and had so much fun with the billiards and ping pong. It was also lovely to arrive to a complimentary bottle of wine, such a thoughtful touch! The property is also pet-friendly, which made it even more perfect for us. Highly recommended. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you!

We loved our stay and would highly recommend to others! Place was very clean, comfy and thought of little things- ie phone chargers and shopping bags! Spa was lovely and place was very quiet and safe! We will be back!

Karen was a great host. Checking in on us and making sure everything was ok. She was very quick in her responses. The location of the home was great. Convenient to go to many places in Mornington. The home is very warm and cosy to stay in. A lot of amenities were provided which made staying at the house very enjoyable.

Great stay for a weekend getaway. The house was in a private location but few minutes drive away from variety of cafes and restaurants.

My partner and I stayed here for our three year anniversary and we had a really lovely time! The home was very cosy, warm and beautifully clean! I was especially happy that the bed was so soft and comfortable, I had an amazing sleep. The location was amazing! with a two minute walk from the beach, we got to watch the sunset each night, which was absolutely stunning, it also had great access to the restaurants and stores in the area! Thank you for hosting us, we had a fantastic time!

We loved our stay at the Glasshouse! The house was immaculately presented and we felt right at home the moment we walked in. The handwritten “Thank you” card was a very thoughtful touch! We loved the large well equipped kitchen and the open plan design with very comfortable living area. The house had a great decking area and our kids loved the table tennis table. The location was very peaceful and only minutes walk to the National Park with a beautiful walk to the beach at sunset. And only a few minutes drive to the local shops. The Little House. We had a lovely stay. Tastefully decorated quaint little cottage in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood. Iwona is a lovely host and made me, us feel welcome from the time we booked. The cottage was clean, warm and comfortable. Felt very relaxed and just what we wanted in our stay there. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you Iwona and special thanks to her hubby for saving the day with a decaf coffee run. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
