Charming house in the city center

Welcome to a quiet and family-friendly place in the middle of the city. The apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 5 adults. Here you have a short distance to most places, access to the garden, free parking and charging point for electric car. The house is from 1895, and much of the original is preserved. With good beds and a large kitchen with dining area, we hope that guests will have a pleasant stay in a place a little out of the ordinary. The apartment has no separate living room, but a small seating area in front of the wood stove in the kitchen.

Bring your family and friends to this great place along Glomma in Østerdalen. The property has a beach line and very good opportunities for both swimming, fishing, paddling with a canoe or kayak. In addition, an annex, gapahuk and sauna are available. Hot tub open from Jun-Oct. The cabin has three spacious bedrooms with 8 beds and the annex has in addition 3 beds. The cabin has a good standard with a new well-equipped kitchen and cozy bathroom. Laundry room and extra toilet in the basement. Great outdoor areas with fire pits.

Nyr morgenstundens fulgekvitter i utedusjen med utsikt til Norges største innsjø (april til oktober). Eller forfriskende strandbad i gangavstand (700 m). Kjøkkenhagen eller bærplukking før frokost (sommer), kaffe på sengen med roen fra spektakulær skog- og sjøutsikt. God mat og lek i hagen, eller uforglemmelig glimt av skogens ville dyr?

Cabin with sauna and cold plunge pool for peace and relaxation

Nyt rolige dager i en lun hytte med hyggelig peis, ny vedfyrt sauna og kaldkulp (fra mai-oktober) som er perfekt for avslapping etter turer i fjellet, langrenn eller en dag i bakken. Hytta er stor, romslig og åpen. Området rundt har gode turforhold både til fots, på ski og på sykkel. Det er mulighet for jakt- og fiske. Rett utenfor døra finnes et godt utbygd nett av velpreparerte skiløyper. Det er kort vei til alpinanleggene i Trysilfjellet (25 minutter) og Sälen (35 minutter).

Smallholding in Nordskogbygda

Old, but recently renovated smallholding from the late 19th century. In the ground floor it is an entrance, kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom. The second floor consist of a big room with the possibility to house many people. It is also a second restroom in this floor. Outside is a lovely garden, and during winter you could put on your cross-country skis and start skiing from the house. Elverum city is just a short 20 min. drive from the house.

You don't have to travel all the way to Sweden to find an idyllic cottage. Many nice hiking opportunities just outside the door. Berry picking and cycling are some of the things you can do here. The summer barn at Hovelsrud, Helgøya

Det gamle sommerfjøset til Hovelsrud Gård ligger idyllisk til mellom Mjøsa og en bølgende kornåker – et enkelt og unikt sted for den som vil komme tett på naturen og nyte roen på Helgøya. Huset passer best for et par eller en liten familie med inntil to barn. Inne er det et soverom og en åpen stue. Ute er det en kjøkkenbenk, med et gassbluss og grill, en liten strand med bademulighet og utedo. Det er ikke strøm.

Kjøleskap, oppvaskmaskin, komfyr og microovn. Fryser kan disponeres. Soveplass for 5 personer. Ikke tillatt med dyr. Ta med sengetøy og håndklær eller du kan leie for 150kr pr person.
