Cosy, rural, comfortable apartment plus terrace.

Our ground-floor apartment is close to Barneville-Carteret - sea plus forest. This apartment is entirely separate and a completely private space with its own bathroom and small kitchen. There is one king-size bed, or this can split into two single beds - please advise preferences. Sunny enclosed terrace. The apartment does adjoin the gite and our house next to it, so some minimal noise is possible between the internal walls of the properties.

For gardening enthusiasts, our cottage is just a short walk from Stéphane Marie's garden ("Silence ça pousse!")

Sciotot: The small house – access to the sea

150 meters from Sciotot Beach (municipality of Les Pieux), this small, old, characterful, semi-detached house, about 50 m2, will allow you to enjoy a beautiful natural setting. The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in the center of the commune of Les Pieux, 3 kilometers from the rental.

Beachfront house – Sciotot Beach

You've come to the right place if you want to connect with the sea and nature in a magical region, Cotentin. Marie-Line's house: It is an "atypical island house" 500 m from Sciotot beach, with a breathtaking full west view to enjoy the beautiful sunsets, and a large furnished terrace.
