Sensitive to local architecture, walk to the church of Vrétot and take the opportunity to tour this ancient village with beautiful views of the countryside. The House is close to the beach (1.8 km) (20mm walk)and Le Bourg (500 m).You will appreciate this accommodation for its layout, its amenities. Small detached house with barbecue and private garden that is safe for children and animals and where you can park your vehicule. 2 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms and toilets including 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the floor which allows to preserve its intimacy. For your pleasure, do not hesitate to light the fireplace with insert but, nevertheless very nice.

The little house in the dunes

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Cosy, rural, comfortable apartment plus terrace.

Our ground-floor apartment is close to Barneville-Carteret - sea plus forest. This apartment is entirely separate and a completely private space with its own bathroom and small kitchen. There is one king-size bed, or this can split into two single beds - please advise preferences. Sunny enclosed terrace. The apartment does adjoin the gite and our house next to it, so some minimal noise is possible between the internal walls of the properties.

Ideally located in Barneville-Plage, this pleasant 27 m² furnished studio, completely renovated, with private parking space, will allow you to enjoy the pleasures of the beach in a 1-minute walk. At the foot of the residence, a bread dispenser and an electric charging station are at your disposal. Nearby, terraces, restaurants and activities await you to enhance your stay.

Sciotot: The barn – access to the sea

150 meters from Sciotot Beach (municipality of Les Pieux), this small house called "La Grange", old, with character, semi-detached, about 50 m2, will allow you to enjoy a beautiful natural setting. The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in "Les Pieux" 3 kilometers from the rental.

Located in the heart of the village of Auderville, 500 m from the sea and the Goury lighthouse, this former fishermen's shed was transformed in 2023 to accommodate you comfortably. This cocoon is ideal for resting after spending the day on the hiking trails, and on the GR223 customs trail.
