L'appartamento di Dimitrios è un bellissimo posto dove trascorrere dei giorni di vacanza. La posizione della casa è di facile accesso e molto comoda, a pochi minuti di Parikia. La casa in sé è bella, spaziosa e pulita. Il terrazzo e la sua vista, a mio modo di vedere, sono il punto di forza. Dimitrios è un disponibilissimo padrone di casa e ci ha dato tanti buoni consigli per la nostra permanenza. Grazie!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! We were a group celebrating a bachelor party and stayed for three nights — and everything was perfect from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed and everything was explained to us in detail upon arrival. Communication was excellent throughout our stay; we always had someone we could contact if we had any questions, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The location is fantastic — just five minutes by car to the nearest supermarket and the beach, and the surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful. We really appreciated the privacy too; we weren’t disturbed at all during our time there, which made the experience even better. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the entire package. I can absolutely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

A superb two-bedroom villa with sea views, open on four sides, and a large terrace overlooking the pool. Nikos met us at the airport and guided us to our accommodation. Nikos perfectly organized our arrival, stocking the refrigerator with food, and a large fruit basket was at our disposal. About twenty bottles of water were waiting for us, and these were replaced as we consumed them. We cannot thank him enough for his thoughtfulness and kindness.

Wow was für ein Haus. Wahrscheinlich das beeindruckendste Anwesen in dem wir bis jetzt unseren Urlaub verbracht haben. Die Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten, die Detail Verliebtheit in der Einrichtung, das Design, die hochwertige Ausstattung alles perfekt. Der Outdoor Bereich auf diesem Grundstück ist atemberaubend. 360 Grad begehbar mit toller Ausstattung. Egal ob man viel Sonne möchte oder nur ein bisschen oder gar keine man findet auf jeden Fall den perfekten Platz. Der Pool ist riesig man will gar nicht mehr raus. Wenn man möchte kann man draußen Grillen und sich in der Outdoor Küche aufhalten. Der Ausblick und die Sonnenuntergänge sind fantastisch sowohl von der Terrasse als auch vom Dach. Abends kann man um das Haus eine unglaubliche Beleuchtung aktivieren. Vladislav und Rama haben uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben und waren immer super schnell erreichbar. Der Service war immer perfekt. Beim Check In gab es Wasser und Wein als Welcome. Es gibt überhaupt nichts was besser sein könnte.******

A wonderful place to stay, I would recommend and stay again. Everything as described/pictured. The house is very well appointed/stocked with everything you need. I appreciated the food processor, coffee machine, and toasted sandwich maker. A couple of points from our experience. We stayed in late October, so out of season. By then, the pool was of course too cold to use. Being my first time to the Greek Islands, I learned about the "Meltemi Winds" - for our entire week stay, we had 45km/30mph winds, with gusts up to 70km/45mph. This was very unlucky and unusual, and it is simply the nature of the climate on Paros and all Greek Islands, but I think it is worth noting because the house is situated up on a hill where there is little/no shelter from the wind. We were still able to find peaceful (and empty!) beaches to swim, and restaurants/terraces to enjoy. I also recommend a day trip to Antiparos during your stay. Would recommend car over scooter A wonderful home and wonderful hosts.

Can’t say enough! Great host, allowed early check in, we were guided to the villa so easy to find! LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! What amazing views! Fantastic sunsets! Great outdoor spaces the pool, outdoor dining area and an outdoor living area, plus a separate large outdoor patio area in front. Inside you still get incredible views from the kitchen, dining, and living area. Kitchen very well equipped. Powder room on this level. Downstairs 2 large bedrooms ALSO WITH AMAZING VIEWS! 3rd bedroom on that level is like its own separate apartment perfect for a family of 4. Too many bathrooms to count! High ceilings on all levels and lots of windows. Step outside from bedrooms to expansive outdoor area and outdoor shower. Friendly maid cleaned every other day. Plenty of towels. Oh, and the views!
