Superb secluded villa located off the main road from Porto Vecchio to Bonifacio, just outside Porto Vecchio with all its local facilities. The villa is nestled in a beautiful garden with a wonderful swimming pool: beautiful design and colour, and the views are stunning. The pool was heated during our stay late October which was very enjoyable and made our stay feels like it still was summer! The villa is as pictured, very comfortable and well equipped. It is perfectly located to explore southern Corsica (beaches and mountain) and visiting Bonifacio. The host was very welcoming and gave nice tips about the area. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

We had a great stay in this perfect house. Communication was friendly and professional - all questions and requests were immediately addressed. The house itself is a real highlight: the interior is tasteful, high-quality and thought out to the last detail – really outstanding. The kitchen is excellently equipped, all rooms are fully air-conditioned, the bedrooms are beautiful and very quiet. The outdoor area is extremely well maintained, designed with great attention to detail. The pool is huge and clean, the barbecue area beautifully integrated into the garden landscape. You can tell there's a lot of emphasis on quality and comfort. The location is also great: the beach and several good restaurants are within easy walking distance. A supermarket can be reached in about 10 minutes. The concierge service was always available and supported us in everything - great! We fully recommend the house!!

Excellent holiday, the property was perfect, modern, spotlessly clean, with every amenity you could wish for. Plus a fabulous garden, barbecue and pool. Could not fault. Short car ride to amazing beaches, and fabulous restaurants. Hosts always available for recommendations and advice where to visit.

It was really a wonderful time in the villa and you felt like you were in paradise in the morning. We will be happy to come back. Small update: a bar/restaurant has opened next to the property. But it was only too loud once and you could relax and talk to the owners.

Great experience at the Villa! We stayed there for a week as a family and highly recommend this Airbnb for its quality, cleanliness, size, not to mention the large pool and all the pool toys available for children. Beautiful parenthesis with impeccable service. Philippe is considerate, attentive and does not hesitate to share his good places. Laetitia is a pearl, as friendly as it is efficient and makes an on-demand breakfast that we highly recommend. The house is beautiful, spacious, thoughtful, everything you need is available. Ideally located to shine in the south. In short, we look forward to coming back!

Spacious and practically furnished bungalow villa with a great fenced outdoor area with neatly maintained garden, swimming pool, covered dining and seating areas and petanque court. Everything looks sleek, clean, and new. Perfect for, for example, 2 families. Hostess Delphone provides good reception and guidance. Had a lovely week.

This was the third time we stayed at Calm and Charm in Porto Vecchio and it was just great to be back! We immediately felt at home! The house is beautiful with a large, private, garden and it's close to the lovely city of Porto Vecchio and the beautiful Palombaggia. Jean Michel was a wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble. The villa is stunning and very comfortable. Our little boy loved playing with all the toys which are a brilliant addition for anyone staying with children, no need to pack lots of toys. We had a brilliant time at Jean Michel’s villa. Beautiful location, extremely quiet. Top of the ridge so very private with 2 sets of electronic gates. Electrical window and door shutters that close to complete blackout and very secure. Pool can feel very cool depending on the weather conditions. You will need a car to get to the local supermarket (20 min) and to visit the local area. All in all a fabulous place. Would definitely return. 4 adults.

Great stay in a very nice villa with great pool

This place was perfect! It was easy to find, and sparkling clean when we arrived. Sylvie has done an excellent job in making the place usable and it feels like a home away from home. The villa is set back from the beach a kilometer or two and is surrounded by trees giving one privacy, but there are still fabulous views. There is a local beach a few minutes drive away and several little beach restaurants. We didn`t cook, but it appears that the kitchen was fully stocked. Would definitely stay here again!!

This house is the perfect place to soak up the sun! The beaches nearby are breathtakingly beautiful and the pool is lovely! The beds are good and the house has all the comforts. Definitely recommended!

We are not sure where to start....well wait, we do, let's start here----> The view from the home can not be beat anywhere in the world. MAYBE if you have a view of the Great Pyramids you can say that view's better. No Almafi Coast, Eiffel Tower view, Brooklyn Bridge View, View from on top Eze France etc can beat it. STUNNING. From the mountains, nature reserves, beaches, islands, ports, unobstructed the whole way around. You can not pay more money to get a better view anywhere in the world, and if people say you can, they are lying. Ok and just as spectacular was----->Odile's, the host. Months in advance she was responding like we were showing up that day. We had all the reassurance that the stay would go well with her. Hats off to her, I hope her professionalism pays off! Ok, what's next? So much but I think I'm running out of characters to write anymore. Thanks Odile.

this accommodation is a gem!!!! from waking up until sunset, a 180° view on one side, view of the mountain, on the other side, view of the sea! this setting directly calmed us, laid us down... The villa is in an impeccable state!!!! we will be happy to come back.... what to say about Cathy..... apart from the fact that she was available at all times to advise us on outings as well as delicious restaurants..... beaches, activities, shops (Cathy and her husband have 2 shops where you can also find gems), restaurants nearby... in short, the ideal place to spend an idyllic vacation thanks again!!!!

We had a great week at Gui and Natali's, who welcomed us as their family! We were able to appreciate the calm of the place while staying close to the magnificent beaches of Porto-Vecchio. At the beginning of June (already very hot), the pool and the shaded terrace are real pluses.

I really can’t say enough about how amazing Sandrine and Stephane’s place is. It’s maybe the most beautiful home I’ve ever stayed in with stunning views and access to everything available in Soli-Solenzara. My family can’t wait to return!

We are a family of 6 and had a great time in this accommodation. Sotta is an ideal starting point for exploring both the southeast and the southwest. In the village, there is a good bakery, a small supermarket and some simple restaurants. The house is in a quiet single-family house quarter. The garden is beautiful. There is always some shade and thanks to two large tables you can find a good seat at any time of the day. Our kids enjoyed the heated pool extensively. The pool is large enough for the whole family to splash around together. The house is equipped high-quality furniture. It is simple, but furnished with taste and style and the beds are good for sleeping. The kitchen is also well equipped. We fully recommend the place. We really appreciated the house, the beautiful garden, the heated pool and the good starting point for excursions.

Beautiful apartment with fantastic turnaround in beautiful surroundings. Only downside is the noise of the street at "peak times".

Muriel’s place is beautiful! The surroundings are so peaceful and quiet and you won’t want to leave. The sheepfold is spotless and has everything you need. Great central location and only a short 25-30 min drive to both Bonifacio and Porto Vecchio. Would absolutely stay again!!

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The pictures, which could be seen on the Internet, fully corresponded to what we found on site. It is a very quiet residential area. We especially liked the garden/pool area very much. Our host always responded promptly to questions. We will be happy to come back.
