This 90 m2 sheepfold is made up of a living room with an open, equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, Nespresso, coffee maker, toaster, etc.), a reception area , composed of a large table that can accommodate up to 8 guests, and a living room with television, fireplace (closed). This room opens onto the garden through two French windows giving direct access to the swimming pool and the covered terrace (large table, barbecue and plancha). It consists of a first bedroom equipped with a queen size bed and a single bed, the second bedroom also has a queen size bed. You will also find a travel cot available. Each bedroom includes a large storage cupboard with shelves and hanging space, and opens to the outside via a French window. There is also a shower room with toilet (hairdryer and baby potty). Finally, you will find a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a drying rack, with ironing board and iron. Each room in the house is independently air-conditioned. The garden is completely enclosed, not overlooked and you can park your car inside.
