Très bien situé pour visiter Venise. La communication était excellente avec l’hôte et Barbara nous a donné beaucoup d’information. La toilette a brisé lors de notre séjour et Marco a pris en charge très rapidement la réparation. Merci

Logement très spacieux et décoré avec goût. Il est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Stephano est très réactif et disponible. Logement à recommander à 10 minutes de La place Saint Marc.

Superb check-in. Helped w/ transport and food our first night which was insightful to our needs and showed kindness.Very responsive. Beautiful, pristine home in beautiful surroundings. The apartment has historic feelings and has been kept up to modern amenities. The view from the window is just unbelievable which elevates the apartment. Location is in the quieter part Venice which enables you to sleep well. I would highly recommend Pierantonio apartment.

Michela was a great host, she provided clear check in instructions that were very easy to follow. The place was very clean, and the location is extremely convenient, within walking distance from the train station and the main attractions. We loved it, and would stay there again :)

Beautiful apartment, spacious and classic. Large windows, comfortable sitting area, very cosy and we felt right at home. My favourite antique style furniture, equipped kitchen and lovely dining area. Location is perfect, near the beach, and all the restaurants and shop you need is just a few minutes walk. Nicoletta was very kind to wait for our check it extra hours as we were late due to airport delay. She gave us all necessary information and was very quick to help when needed. Will definitely be back soon. Highly recommended for these who want to see Venice but hate the crowd in summer.

The house was spacious and full of character with amazing views across to Venice city and close to restaurants and boat services. There was a lovely charming garden we only wished we had more time to enjoy. Paolo and Nadia were extremely responsive hosts. We’ll most definitely be back.

Jenny nam echt de tijd om ons allerlei tips te geven. Dat was vooraf al via de mail gedeeld, live vertelde ze ook met behulp van de kaart van Venetië waar alles was. Prettige ruime kamers, alles was aanwezig wat we nodig hadden. De locatie was in het centrum en toch rustig op 5 minuten lopen naar bus 5 (van en naar het vliegveld). En een heerlijk bakkertje om de hoek met goede espresso. We waren met 7 personen en hadden het gehele appartement tot onze beschikking dat was heel fijn en ruim met 3 badkamers. En een heerlijk balkonnetje met de ochtendzon. Kortom een aanrader.

Nous sommes venus pour la seconde fois dans le logement d'Andrea. Propre, très bien situé, et avec une petite terrasse ombragée (un vrai plus à Venise). Andréa a été très accueillant et de très bon conseil sur les restaurants et commerces environnants. Le logement permet d'accéder très rapidement au bateau pour les îles environnantes, et se trouve proche des lieux très touristiques comme St Marc ou Rialto tout en étant dans un quartier calme sans la foule. N'hésitez pas à réserver si vous cherchez un logement sur Venise.

It's a lovely place to stay. Major tourists sites are 15mins walking distance but still quite enough to have good night sleep. The place is beautifully decorated as the pictures shown as the description. Most of all Lu was very helpful. My flight was delayed 3times and we arrived after midnight. Lu was very patient and helpful. Highly recommended!

Could say so many wonderful things about our stay here! The location, the check-in, the communication from the host and all her recommendations! Such a wonderful and fun experience, highly recommend! Thank you for taking care of us 😊

This place is in a great location, on a canal, very walkable to everything. We stayed one night at the beginning of our trip and one night at the end. It started to feel like home away from home. Maddalena was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely return.

Watersdoor is the perfect romantic hideaway in this beautiful city. Maria and her team could not have been more welcoming and helpful and truly made our stay in Venice so effortless and memorable. We can’t recommend Watersdoor highly enough

Wir haben uns in den letzten vier Wochen des Aufenthalts hervorragend untergebracht gefühlt. Nach einem ausführlichen Checkin durch Elena hat alles super geklappt, die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, ruhig und insbesondere Elena war immer unterstützend, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns eigentlich immer wie zu Hause gefühlt und können deshalb die Unterkunft von Elena bestens empfehlen! An dieser Stelle nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür.

Studio très bien situé.En plein centre de Venise pour visiter . Très propre et charmant.Bon rapport qualité/prix. Accueil par Erika qui nous a donné beaucoup de bonnes adresses et bons restaurants. Nous recommandons à 200%😁👍+++

Tolle Location mit Pool & Außengrill, leise und uneinsehbar. Sehr netter Kontakt, hat immer schnell reagiert u. alles super organisiert. Ich kann diese Destinatation und den Kontakt mit Michele nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Zur Verfügung stand auch ein Golfcar, zum Einkaufen, Essen gehen oder zum Strand auf der Insel. Wir waren zu Ende der Hauptsaison (Ende September) auf der Insel, da hatten leider schon das eine oder andere Geschäft zu. Meiner Frau u. mir fehlte allerdings eine Außendusche im Außen-/Poolbereich.

Nella casa si trovava tutto ciò di cui si potesse aver bisogno, sono state offerte le lenzuola, la piscina è pulita e non c'è casino nei dintorni. Il luogo è calmo e abbastanza grande. Ci sono le prese, le pentole,i piatti, i bicchieri e tutto il neccessario. Il climatizzatore va bene. La città da visitare è ottima anche se non tanto grande ma ci sono spettacoli e concerti ad intrattenerti

insgesamt super Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Pool sehr sauber. Wohnung groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die zwei Balkone waren sehr angenehm. Wir fanden dann auch einen freien Strand 20 min zu Fuß der sauber und nicht überlaufen (auch wenige/keine Hunde) war. Hundeallergiker aufpassen relativ viele Hunde an der Strandlinie. Zentrum mit Geschäften und Lokalen in 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Wohnung in dehr ruhiger Lage. Wir würden wieder kommen

Très bon accueil des deux propriétaires. La piscine est très grande et très agréable avec des marches permettant de s’asseoir ou de s’allonger, voir faire descendre un chien ! Le plongeoir, les sièges sous-marins pour rester assis tout en prenant le soleil et en buvant un verre, L’endroit est exceptionnellement privé, paisible, et sûr. La maison est située sur la partie la plus haute de l’île, ce qui lui donne une vue très dégagée, magnifique. Si nous revenons à Albella, nous re louerons cette maison.

We had an amazing vacation. I can 100% recommend staying there. We booked the villa for 15 people and had plenty of space. The house offers a large kitchen and common area as well as many separate bed and bathrooms. The kitchen is perfect for preparing food for large groups and there are supermarktes nearby to buy groceries. Our highlight however was definitely the outside area including the huge garden, pool and tennis/ soccer court. The hosts and all staff were super friendly and helpful. Communcation before the stay was excellent and in the house there are also great recommendations for daytrips, beaches, places to shopping or food ordering.

Annyira fantasztikus volt hogy még meghosszabbítottuk a nyaralást! Ajánlani fogom az ismerősöknek, és még visszatérünk. Hálás vagyok!

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen da wir schon öfters auf der Insel waren war das die zweit beste👍. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und alles was wir brauchten war da. Albarella haben wir in unser Herz geschlossen und werden es immer wieder besuchen. Vielen Dank 💕💕

We really enjoyed the beautiful and spacious location. We enjoyed the walk on the farm. Not quite hot enough for a swim in the lovely swimming pool. Easy drive to park and catch the ferry into Venice.
