80m2 apartment on the third floor overlooking the historic center and partially on the Vena canal, 150 meters from the boats to / from Venice, with air conditioning. Consisting of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a living room with a convertible sofa, a brand new kitchen, a bathroom, and with a terrace from which you can also see the lagoon and the port. The terrace has tables, chairs and umbrella to enjoy breakfasts, aperitifs, dinners, or even just sunbathing in complete relaxation.

Location close to the Duomo, if you arrive by car you will find the Park Saloni at 400 meters (€4 per day) and the Giove car park at 450 meters (€0.50 per hour). Just 1.5km from the beach, also convenient for going with a public or private boat to Pellestrina.

It is located near the bell tower with the oldest medieval clock in the world. And it's just 1 km from the beautiful Sottomarina beach. The house is located a few steps from the municipal parking lot. On the ground floor you can find the Hall and the bike storage. The accommodations are equipped with many comforts, including a beautiful upstairs terrace.

In the heart of the historical town, in a renovated building: 1st floor, well equipped (fibre WLAN), air conditioning, two bedrooms, bright & quiet sidestreet from the main promenade alley, about 500m from buses or boats to Venice (60/90 minutes to St Mark's square and direct bus from/to Venice airport). Garage for rented bikes. The flat is sanitized with OZONE. I own also a big flat (3rd floor) with terrace on highstreet (best for 6, but up to 8 people, 2 bathrooms).
