Martin was very friendly,reachable and understanding. The house is beautiful. We stayed there withy kids and parent in-law and enjoyed a lot. It was enough space for everybody. I will definitely recommend stay at Martinas

It was an amazing week full of experience. We've never had such a big pool. It was one of the best and the most used things.

Alberto’s apt was in a great location in Venice. So easy to find and very easy to get to. Didn’t have to cross one bridge with suitcases to get there. Everything was as expected in the apt. Overall great stay!!!!!!

We were 9 people, including 4 children . We really liked the place. The beach is 5 minutes' walk away. Have been not far from the center. Location was great. Check-in and check-out was great. We were able to enter the house earlier by arrangement and were also able to leave later on our departure. For small children it is not so suitable as it went down stairs from the house via stone stairs and meadow was also down mountain. Otherwise everything is great. We will definitely be back!

The cottage is located in a beautiful, quiet setting but is at a good distance from cities such as Venice, Padua and Chioggia. You can relax at the cottage so well combine with a trip to a city nearby. Incidentally, there are also fine restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The house itself is modern, clean and equipped with well-functioning airconditioners everywhere (which is nice if the temperature outside rises to 37 degrees). The garden is incredibly spacious and well maintained. The pool is really beautiful, and a nice size. The fact that the pool is shared with the owner and her children was no problem for us. You really have enough privacy. The communication with Francesca was good; she responds quickly, gave clear instructions for check-in and fun tips for restaurants or things to do or visit in the area. All in all I would definitely recommend a stay here!!

Very quiet location, apartment is very comfortable, clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Very good connection to Venice with a car. The host provided us with very useful information. Faina is a very kind and caring person.

We enjoyed Stefano‘s place a lot. The swimming pool was a hit for our children and in fact for everyone. We are a patchwork family of eight persons and we could separate us in the two half’s of the house. Very practical was that those who wanted to sleep long were not disturbed by the early birds. The garden and pool was super nice and we don’t most of the time outside. Because of the big awnings there was a always enough shade to take a break from the heat of the sun. For us it was a beautiful holiday for everyone.

We spent 5 nights ar Vittorio's place and were very satisfied. Spacious house with big garden. As we travel by car and with two large dogs, the space outside the house was perfect for us. The garden is fully fenced and private. Large terrace with a roof. Just take some mosquito spray - as the island has water all around, they are vicious there - in case you feel like sitting on terrace in the evening or take a stroll around the island.

We spent 2 nights at the Casabella house. Everything went smoothly, the hostess Alessandra is very nice and helpful. The house is located in the historic part of Chioggia and is spread over 3 floors. Our dog was warmly welcomed, but the stairs were a bit steep for her. In this part of the city, there are (almost) no opportunities for the dog to do what it needs to do. There are dog parks but they are on the other side of the city, 20-25 minutes on foot. There are many restaurants near the house and the historic part of the city is very beautiful. We spent 3 beautiful days there. Thank you so much.

Our stay at Beatrice’s place was fantastic. The apartment was well-kept, cozy, and ideally located. Beatrice was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. Venice was stunning, and having such a comfortable place to return to each day made the experience even better. Would absolutely recommend!

It's a charming little house. Very nicely located. A bakery is right next door. In 15 minutes, you can walk to Chioggia. Almost at the front door you can take "Raffaelo" to Venice by boat or bus directly there. Cristian provided us with the following free of charge: cola, coffee, pasta, oil, packaged croissants, cookies, 1x tomato sauce, wine, towels, toilet paper, towels and a few more small things. There are 2 TVs with Netflix and Prime. Unfortunately, the Internet is not that good, but that was also the only "negative." Cristian was always easily accessible. Unfortunately, my kids damaged something, but Cristian was neither angry nor did he want money. I hope he was as happy with us as we were with him. We felt very comfortable and thank you again for the parking and the possibility to check out only in the evening instead of in the morning. The location is really great there. You have your peace, but it is very central.

We felt very comfortable in Paola's apartment. The location in the middle of the old town is simply great! Amazingly quiet, and just around the corner you are in the middle of the cheerful bustle. Supermarket just around the corner, and a great bistro almost directly in front of the house. In addition, the wonderful fish market is two minutes' walk away... We cooked very tasty! It was also great that we could store our bikes so well. We were on the beach in ten minutes. Paola was very friendly and always available. We would recommend the apartment at any time. 👍

We had a fantastic vacation in Caterina and Massimo's beautiful and warm house. Located in a peaceful and lively neighborhood, it is ideal for relaxing after discovering Venice. Our hosts were really charming, welcoming and responsive, even offering to book the taxi for us. The decoration and all the details of the house have been thought out and made with care and a lot of taste. The neighbors are charming, yes there are people who live in this neighborhood which makes the atmosphere even more unique! It's simple, we felt "at home" and didn't want to leave at all! Thank you so much to Massimo and Cate for this wonderful place.

I highly recommend booking Andrea’s place in Venice. It was the perfect stay, with very thorough and clear instructions checking in. It is spacious, relaxing and offers privacy. The spa was absolutely perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking and enjoying the accommodations of the city. Andrea was also very kind enough to check in through messaging and make sure we had everything we needed. You’ll be highly satisfied and definitely feel that you got your money’s worth in this location. 10/10!!!

My family and I spent 6 nights with Marco and Elena. The apartment was very nice and had everything you need. The mosquito nets and the air conditioning in the rooms were particularly practical. The location is quiet and about 30 minutes' walk from the center. You can easily get to Venice by bus. We enjoyed it and would come back. Thank you for the gift and the smooth communication👍🏼🤩

We had a wonderful stay at Nicolo’s place! It was very clean, wonderful air conditioning in the heat, and in the most peaceful neighborhood away from all of the tourist chaos. We found many wonderful food, coffee, and wine places just a walk away, as well as a local supermarket. Nicolo was a great host providing very clear instructions and allowing us to check in earlier. Apartment was easy to get to. We took a train to Venezia S. Lucia station and a ferry (bus). A short walk later, we arrived at the apartment. There were clear instructions from Simone and it was easy to check-in. The apartment was spotless and clean which made our stay wonderful.

Had a wonderful week in Alessandra's apartment. Roof terrace was great. Beautifully maintained apartment, clean and equipped with all comforts, even a bathrobe! Location of the apartment is close to the boat connection Palanca. From there, you can easily reach Venice and the locations of the Biennale.

The apartment & location were perfect. Eros’s description was spot on. We had everything we needed & the place was clean & comfortable. We had a great stay in Venice & would highly recommend this spot!

Wonderful place. Easy walk to almost anywhere in Venice, and the Accademia Vaporetto stop is just a few minutes walk away. Wonderful views feom the Accademia bridge. A/C works great even in the heat wave.

The house is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a small kitchen equipped with everything and a bathroom with a washer and dryer, on the upper two floors the two double rooms with bathroom. Everything is brand new and very clean. Perfect location for those who want to get around Chioggia, in front of the port but in a quiet and quiet area. Roberta was very kind, gave us tips on where to eat, and prepared permits for the car since the house is located in ZTL. There were 5 of us, including 4 adults and a little girl (who had her bed in the room on the second floor). Roberta even made us find water, coffee, and typical cookies. If we were to come back, I would definitely have no doubt...I would choose Roberta and this fantastic little house again!
