La casa, è situata in una zona residenziale e centrale di Venezia, in una corte molto tranquilla, lontano dall'intenso traffico turistico. Sarete immersi nell'atmosfera Veneziana! L'appartamento e' luminosissimo, interamente affacciato sul canale principale , in posizione privilegiata. Gli arredi sono tutti su misura, ogni dettaglio e' curato. Dal balcone in sala si gode di una vista magnifica, soprattutto al tramonto. La posizione e' strategica per spostarsi ovunque in laguna. A soli 30 metri la fermata del vaporetto di Navagero, da dove si possono comodamente raggiungere il centro storico di Venezia, il Lido e l'aeroporto.
