Der beste Platz für schöne Tage in Venedig!!! Sehr ruhig gelegene Wohnung mit dem schönsten Ausblick auf die Lagune und Venedig, den man haben kann. Perfekt ausgestattet mit viel freiem Stauplatz. 2 Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Parkplatz vor der Türe frei verfügbar. Einmal um's Eck eine Bar mit cornetti, ein Feinkostgeschäft mit allem, was das Herz begehrt und ein Gemüsehändler. Wir sind mit dem Rad ca. 5 min zur Vaporetto-Station gefahren. War ideal. Wir haben das Quartier schon so vielen Freunden weiterempfohlen und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Angelo takes pride in both his accommodation and his insightful approach. Getting a lift to and from the boat to Main Venice was a real blessing. All the best beaches we're available by bus. The promenades nearby a delight.. I found the keys a bit tricky at timed but probably just me. Great stay

Wir wollten die Theaterbiennale in Venedig mit der Möglichkeit sich am Meer zu erholen verbinden. Das Apartment liegt direkt am Meer, so dass wir morgens und/oder abends ins Meer springen konnten. Außerdem haben wir die funktionale Möblierung sehr geschätzt.

Beautiful apartment, spacious and classic. Large windows, comfortable sitting area, very cosy and we felt right at home. My favourite antique style furniture, equipped kitchen and lovely dining area. Location is perfect, near the beach, and all the restaurants and shop you need is just a few minutes walk. Nicoletta was very kind to wait for our check it extra hours as we were late due to airport delay. She gave us all necessary information and was very quick to help when needed. Will definitely be back soon. Highly recommended for these who want to see Venice but hate the crowd in summer.

Wir waren 12 Tage vor Ort. Dafür war die Wohnung super. Obwohl die Wohnung an einer Straße liegt ist sie ruhig. Die Nähe zum Strand (10 min zu Fuß), zwei Bäcker in direkter Nachbarschaft und ein Supermarkt nebenan sind perfekt. Die Wohnung hat zwei Klimaanlagen für den Flur (kühlt somit alle anliegenden Räume mit) und das Hauptschlafzimmer. Somit haben die Räume auch im Hochsommer eine kühle und angenehme Temperatur und man freut sich, wenn man die Wohnungstüre öffnet und die Wohnung betritt. Sottomarina scheint ein beliebter Ort für Einheimische zu sein. Trotz Sommerferien in Deutschland haben wir nur sehr wenige deutsch sprechende Leute getroffen. Bei einem Ausflug nach Chioggia merkt man, dass deutlich mehr deutsch gesprochen wird. Chioggia ist ebenfalls zu Fuß zu erreichen und ein nettes Örtchen.

Schöne Unterkunft am Lido, zentral gelegen, wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal hier, haben uns wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Värden svarade snabbt på frågor som vi hade om transport etc. Olyckan var tyvärr framme under vår resa och vi behövde besöka sjukhus. Värden gav oss råd om sjukhus, hur man tar sig dit och var genuint omtänksam. Tack för lånet av er lägenhet, vi hade toppen dagar på beachen i Sottomarina, strosade i Chioggia och upplevde Venedig. Tips, om ni är flera dagar i Sottomarina så rekommenderas att ni som gästa hyr cykel för att enkelt ta er fram i området.

Vittorio was a great host who always kept us up to date with any needed information (no surprises) and could always provide solutions to any requests we had. The apartment is beautiful and stretches from the street-side facing the lagoon to the back of the top floor in a residential building. This provides a bright and lively view from the kitchen and living room and a silent and calm area for the bedrooms. It was immaculate when we arrived and offered all the amenities one could wish for (including a well-equipped kitchen). We initially were worried about the proximity to the church because in some places, the church bells ring throughout the night, but thankfully not in Malamoco. This wasn't our first time in Malamoco, and it won't be our last, and we certainly would appreciate it if Vittorio's apartment were available during our next stay.

Die Wohnung ist ideal , um mit dem Wasserboot Venedig zu besuchen und sich dann auf dem Lido vom Trubel zu erholen. Das Meer mit öffentlichen Strandzugang ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt! Mit dem Bus oder Fahrrad kommt man leicht zum Ableger (10-15Minuten). Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.Schöne Terrasse und Balkon mit Meerblick! Tey ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es ist ein charmantes kleines Haus. Sehr schön gelegen. Ein Bäcker ist direkt nebenan. In 15Min. ist man in Chioggia zu Fuß. Quasi vor der Haustür kann man mit "Raffaelo" nach Venedig per Schiff oder Busse auch direkt da. Cristian hat uns kostenlos folgendes zur Verfügung gestellt: Cola, Kaffee, Nudeln, Öl, verpackte Crossaints, Kekse, 1x Tomatensoße, Wein, Handtücher, Klopapier, Handtücher und noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Es gibt 2 Fernseher mit Netflix und Prime. Leider ist das Internet nicht so gut, aber das war es auch an "negativem". Cristian war immer leicht erreichbar. Meine Kinder haben leider etwas beschädigt, aber Cristian war weder sauer noch wollte er Geld. Ich hoffe er war mit uns genauso zufrieden wie wir mit ihm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danke nochmal für den Parkplatz und die Möglichkeit erst am Abend auszuchecken statt in der Früh. Die Lage ist wirklich toll dort. Man hat seine Ruhe, ist aber sehr zentral.

We loved the aesthetic and location of Michele’s family summer house on Lido. It’s a proper 1960s gem. Well equipped and clean. Michele was super helpful. Was nice to be a little bit away from the craziness of Venice in a chilled neighbourhood.

Great house, inspiring both from inside and outside, carrying a historical zest but also had everything we needed for a week of staying and cooking. We were travelling with friends to visit the exhibitions, this was a perfect location - easy to reach by vapporetto and away from crowds, with lush green garden and lagoon view - amazing sunset. Lorenzo and Alessandra were very responsive and helpful. Very much recommend!

Rossella and Walter has made our stay in Lido di Venezia a very cosy, comfortable experience. The place is so great and new. Rossella has really thought it through what’s needed for her guests… and gone beyond to prepare so many things for our great stay. We left Lido with a smile and a wish to come back… when we very likely choose Rossella’s place again 😍 Grazie 🥰

Le logement est parfait! Se rendre à Venise est très simple à partir de l'appartement. Il est spacieux et confortable. Elena nous a laissé des instructions très claires pour le fonctionnement de tous les appareils. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique! Nous recommandons ce logement.

We had an amazing experience staying in Christian’s place! Very comfortable house well refurbished, huge TV and, a good bed. I definitely recommend staying there! Thank you guys for being so nice to us 💖

When our original flat was cancelled at the last minute we were so relieved that Nena and Elena were able to give us a later check-in and accommodate us. They were both in touch on our day of arrival and we felt very reassured - great hosts. The house was lovely, lots of space, very quiet at night and we slept so well. Thank you

Gianluca ist ein sehr freundlicher und verlässlicher Vermieter. Er hat immer schnell geantwortet und hat alle unsere Fragen beantwortet. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Wir waren zu Zweit und hatten jeder unser eigenes Zimmer 😊. Das Bad war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll. Auch die Küche war sehr sauber mit schönem Geschirr und allen Utensilien, die man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Immer wieder gerne!

Emanuela and Andreas were definitely super hosts. They couldn’t do enough for us and communication was excellent giving us peace of mind. The apartment was wonderful in the most amazing location.

Herrlich helle, ruhige Wohnung in wunderbarer Lage direkt am Kanal. Alles fußläufig erreichbar: Fähre, Geschäfte, Bäckerei, Fischmarkt, Bars und Restaurants. Toll! Jesper war super hilfsbereit, freundlich u bestens erreichbar. Wir haben die Unterkunft schon weiterempfohlen. Gern wieder…

Wir waren 1 Woche in der Unterkunft und haben uns nach der Ankunft sofort zuhause gefühlt alles notwendige vorhanden, alles sehr sauber!). Die Betten -wichtig für uns best-agers - im Schlafzjmmer sind sehr gut! Wir haben morgens beim Frühstück auf dem Westbalkon auch zu Viert gemütlich Platz gefunden und die Ruhe genossen. Alle Geräte in der Wohnung haben gut funktioniert! Mit den bereit stehenden Fahrrädern (Werkzeug zum Einstellen vorhanden) haben wir den Lido erkundet - unbedingt empfehlenswert. Die Wohnung ist, ja, etwas ausserhalb aber alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Venedigs sind problemlos! mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (7 Tage Venezia Unica Ticket) erreichbar. Man wird dadurch kurzzeitig Teil des Insellebens-eine schöne Erfahrung. Bars zum Verweilen, Supermärkte, gute Pizzerien in der Nachbarschaft. Wir haben Maurizio als einen netten, empathischen Gastgeber kennengelernt und danken ihm herzlich für die gute, immer freundliche und prompte Kommunikation. Wir kommen gerne wied

Appartement très joli au premier avec petit balcon et vue sur la mer. Très confortable, joliment décoré, lumineux. bien situé à 500m d'une grande plage et forêt de pins. Pour aller à Venise le mieux c'est de prendre le bus pour la station des vaporetto (15mn), et y acheter un pass (24,48,72h ou 7j) qui vous permettra d'utiliser comme bon vous semble, les bus et les vaporettos, ce qui, pour quelques jours est très économique.

An absolutely amazing apartment in gorgeous surroundings, with a fabulous host. Rachele went out of her way to accommodate us, after our train had been delayed by four hours. We came for the bienniale, but we left with so much more. The sea was just a stone throw away, we hung out with the local turtles in the peaceful garden, and reliable and quick transport connections ensured that we could get to Arsenale and Giardini for the art in next to no time (about 20 minutes). Highly recommended!!!!!

Apartment ist nicht weit vom Strand und Restaurants und bietet genug Platz für 2 Personen. Sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz in der Nebenstraße ist wenige Minuten entfernt. Schlafsofa ist nicht sehr bequem und quietscht bei jede Bewegung. Teller sehen etwas mitgenommen aus. Insgesamt hat es uns in Chioggia gut gefallen. Vielen Dank an Barbara!
