Notre studio de 24 m2, se trouve en hyper centre de Rochefort, à 10 minutes à pieds des thermes, à quelques mètres de la place Colbert et de la corderie Royale. Au RDC, très calme, bien que le studio donne sur la rue. Il est constitué d'une cuisine, plaques à induction, grille pain, bouilloire, Nespresso, frigo avec compartiment congélateur séparé. Le lit (160 x 200) est séparé du reste de la pièce par une cloison décorative. Notez qu'il n'y a pas de lave vaisselle.

My place is very close to the thermal spa and the marina: the Quai aux Vivres. ***I ALSO HAVE 3 OTHER STUDIOS/APARTMENTS ON THE GROUND FLOOR NEAR THE THERMAL BATHS*** On the ground floor of a secure residence with free parking. Recent bedding, kitchen and bathroom HD TV, 140 x 190 bed, equipped kitchen, large fridge-freezer, nice shower, washing machine, towel dryer, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, cordless vacuum cleaner, etc.

Our house is located in a small village with all shops (about 10 min walk) and close to the sea (Port des Barques and its small family beach: 6 km). Its central location between Royan and La Rochelle makes it easy to visit all the riches of the department such as the islands of Ré, Oléron, Aix, the cities of Châtelaillon, Fouras, Rochefort, Saintes or to simply enjoy the Charente coast (Ronce-les-Bains, La Palmyre...)
