A studio on the ground floor of my house

I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. This is a cozy 30 m2 home with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and TV. The ground floor bathroom is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilet at the entrance of the house is shared.

"Le Hibou" Apartment

This recently renovated apartment is light and elegant and perfect for a couple. It is on the first floor, accessed by a stone spiral staircase. The living space comprises a kitchen, with electric oven and fridge freezer, a cosy sofa area and a a dining table. The flat is a 2 minute walk from the centre of Bourganeuf, which has shops, bars and restaurants. Bourganeuf is ideally situated to explore the beautiful countryside of the Creuse and neaby lac de Vassiviere.

Le Béchat is the ideal place to spend good times with family or friends in this very pretty house of 80 square meters, totally renovated two years ago, a real gem in the heart of a property of 40 hectares of forests and fields. With its two bedrooms whose large Velux have views of the trees and the surrounding nature, it will charm you with its cozy appearance, magnificent views of the creek and animals (Alpagas, ponies, donkeys, horses, goats, sheep...)

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A small plot adjoining the house will allow you to use the barbecue available to you and dine on the garden furniture. The accommodation is 500 meters from the city center and all shops, 20 minutes from Guéret with its many activities, 25 minutes from Lake Vassivière as well as Aubusson. You can also enjoy many hiking trails and discover the charms of the South of Creuse.

Need to recharge? Treat yourself to a moment of calm in our small, recently refurbished, simple and friendly cabin, waterfalls and marked trails. Ideally located 10 minutes from Lake Bariousses, 15 minutes from Treignac and 30 minutes from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on-site tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish in the pond (hours and rates on carpodrome.fr).

Gite for max 5 people in the centre of a small hamlet in the countryside. A good place to share with family or friends, you will enjoy beautiful landscapes and quiet paths for hiking or mountain biking, also quiet roads for bicycles and entertainment for all throughout the Creuse. There are two lakes for swimming and water sports within 20 and 40 minutes away and a wolf park and giant hedge maze 20 minutes away.

This unique accommodation is an authentic family mill located in the heart of the peaceful countryside, by the water and without any neighbors.
