Old farmhouse of 18th century character, located 1 hour from Brive (airport and tourist town) and 10 minutes from Egletons, this beautiful country house offers you a quiet and green setting in the heart of Corrèze in the village of Chapelle Spinasse. Our family home offers you its 260 m2 on three levels with its 5 bedrooms including a master suite on the ground floor and a large games room with 4 single beds. Tranquility, calm and quiet await you.

Fully equipped and independent STUDIO

Pleasant studio of approximately 20 m², with a separate bathroom and a separate toilet. This studio is located on the ground floor of our house but it has a completely independent entrance. It consists of a main room with a 140 bed (new quality bedding), a fully equipped kitchen area, a desk area, an armchair and a dressing room. There is also a separate bathroom (shower and towel dryer), a separate toilet and a small hall. Free private parking.

Lakefront cottage

Come and relax in this atypical cottage on the edge of a private pond on a fully enclosed 12 ha estate. You will find all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay, surrounded by nature. Enjoy a 6-seat Nordic bath with a lake view. This accommodation is fully equipped (kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, sheets, towels, coffee machine, microwave, fridge...) Fishing enthusiasts are welcome on the estate.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.
