Nice attic apartment

Quiet, renovated attic apartment on the 1st and top floor without elevator, with parking at the foot of the building and a 5-minute walk from the city center. It consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 x 190) and the other a double bed (140 x 190) + a single bed (90 x 190) on a mezzanine to accommodate a maximum of 5 people. About 30 km from the Magny-Cours circuit, Costume Museum (03), thermal spa (71), Le Pal amusement park and about 50 km from the Settons and Pannière lakes.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

There is also an elevator, this peaceful retreat will seduce you in a pleasant small town. 1 km walk to train station and supermarkets 750 meters from downtown and its amenities (bakery, tobacco, bar etc...)

La Joncière

Charming farmhouse on the outskirts of Nevers and Magny-Cours, yet located in a charming country village. Thanks to its proximity to the highway (5 km/3 miles), you can quickly reach Pouilly-sur-Loire and Sancerre for wonderful winery tours, as well as Nevers. Ideal for family gatherings, you can enjoy the (unheated) swimming pool, beautiful walks in the forest, and a multi-sport field. The house is in the heart of the village; noisy groups or parties are strictly prohibited.

Very nice for 2 couples or 1 couple with children (but not suitable for more than 2 workers). Charming and warm house, with 400 m2 of garden, very quiet despite its location in the center of the village of "la Machine", an old mining town located 5 km from St Léger des Vignes and Decize and 1/2 hour from Moulin and Nevers. Small cozy nest, ideal for a quiet, relaxing and rejuvenating stay! Bicycles, petanque, BBQ, hammocks are at your disposal to enhance your stay.

Terrace on the water, chestnut cottage

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.
