It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. Maison Marcks is a comfortable and exclusive home to stay in while exploring Champagne and its many legendary vineyards.

The Hummingbird Cottage

Le Cottage se trouve au bord du canal à Soulanges, dans le jardin clos (1 000m²) et au calme de ma maison (ancienne maison de gardien d'écluse). Accès direct au cottage de 30m² de plain pied (entrée indépendante). Pour un déplacement professionnel, des vacances ou encore un week-end vous séjournerez dans une ambiance chaleureuse. Vos animaux sont les bienvenus ! A noter la présence possible de ma chienne June (border collie de 4 ans) et de mon chat April, toujours en ma présence.

Relax at this quiet and stylish home. For a business trip, a vacation or a weekend you will stay in a warm atmosphere with a tastefully designed and tastefully decorated space.
