Come and experience an unusual night in complete privacy and take a break perched in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan vineyards. This tree house perched more than 5 meters high in an oak grove with jacuzzi and reading net will allow you to relax and enjoy the view of the vineyards. The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. Classified 3* on 11-14-2025, the house is located in a quiet area, on the edge of the town of Montendre, bordering the meadows. It has a large garden and a secure summer swimming pool. It is spacious, ideal for families with its floor dedicated to teens. Montendre is a nice little town located about sixty kilometers from interesting cities: Bordeaux, Cognac, Angoulême, Saintes, Royan. Montendre has a lake that offers various activities: beach, walks, water sports.

We welcome you to a former windmill dating from the 18th century, fully restored and located in the heart of the Médoc. It consists of 2 levels and can accommodate 2 people. The mill is located on a wine estate, 15 to 30 minutes from the classified grand crus of St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Close to the ocean beaches of Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (25 to 40 minutes) Bordeaux is 1 hour away.
