It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. Maison Marcks is a comfortable and exclusive home to stay in while exploring Champagne and its many legendary vineyards.

Detached country house

We welcome you to our house, which is ideal for discovering our region steeped in history (Chemin des Dames), architecture (Châteaux, Cathédrales), gastronomy (Château de Courcelles, Fére en Tardenois, Route de Champagne) and leisure (Center Parc, golf, fishing, water sports, hiking, equestrian center). Finally, we are located in the Soissons, Laon, Reims triangle south of the Aisne at the gates of Champagne and 1.5 hours from Paris. Above all, we want everyone to be comfortable.

Quiet in the countryside

Self-contained and spacious accommodation with unobstructed views. As nature lovers seeking tranquility, we acquired this old farmhouse located in a green setting, surrounded by pasture, a pond, and a stream. We have completely renovated the main house and carefully furnished the barn. The outdoor improvements are not yet finished (facade and courtyard), but the place is already very pleasant. The accommodation is located in Bouvancourt, a charming little village 20 km from Reims.

Maison La Bulle is 250 m2 tastefully furnished, for your enjoyment and escape! Located in Champagne, in the Marne 20 minutes from Reims. Nestled in the heart of the vineyards, our house is located in Courmas, within the Montagne de Reims Nature Park, about 13 km (8 miles) from Reims. Les Chapitres, a Gîtes de France–certified vacation rental with a 3-épis rating, offers private access and can accommodate up to 4 people. The bed linen and towels are provided. A parking space is available near the cottage. E-bike rentals are available upon request to help you explore the area.
