Monthly Rentals in South 24 Parganas

Very pleasant stay. I found the space to be cheerful and welcoming, with a nice view from the kitchen window and a large terrace. The list of amenities is impressive (I especially appreciated the washing machine). Things aren't brand new, but they work. And lots of smaller household items are included as well. The location is great, right by the Phoolbagan metro station and good restaurants (my favorite was Falam). I found the neighborhood relaxed. It's mostly quiet at night (now and then dogs bark, but it never woke me up). As in many places in the city, mosquitoes can be an issue, so I used a mosquito net (which I'm told will be washed and ready to go), and that worked great. Anand and family were very responsive and helpful, showing me how to use a few things and promptly taking care of anything that came up. All in all, a comfortable space with lots of amenities in a great location.

Very good location very quite space for couples and family

The house is well located, with supermarkets, gyms, and many restaurants within walking distance. It's a convenient area for getting around and having everything you need close by. The host was very friendly and arranged everything with ease. Overall, it was a good experience, especially getting to know magical Calcutta and everything it has to offer.

saw this place a month ago and decided to give it a try. I can now see why it has 5/5 review. it peaceful, clean, spacious and affordable. a great place for a short and a long stay with peace and quiet. would visit again soon :)
