Holiday rentals with beach access in South America

Excellent stay! Margarita’s place was stunning, spotless, and exactly as described in the photos. I felt extremely safe and comfortable—there’s a 24/7 security guard at the door, which gave me great peace of mind. The location is perfect: walkable to everything, but just far enough from the busy areas for a quiet night’s sleep. Margarita was very responsive and proactive with helpful recommendations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Le quartier est super, sécurisé et animé, avec de nombreux restaurants de qualité à proximité où nous avons particulièrement apprécié dîner. Hospedagem incrível, o apt é exatamente como nas fotos, pôr do sol maravilhoso, fácil acesso à praia da areia preta e Praia das Castanheiras, comércios e supermercado próximos. O local estava limpo e organizado, muito aconchegante e bonito. Voltarei mais vezes!

Excellent location with an amazing view. Margareth allowed us to check in early after the unit was cleaned and ready. She was great with communication and with her instructions. Short pleasant walk to Larcomar and nice restaurants nearby. We look forward to staying in the unit again at the end of our Peru trip!

Todo muy bien en general con la estadía y la ubicación, no pudimos disfrutar del area social por compromisos que teníamos en el area, pero bien ubicado. Ana es muy amable. Gracias!!

Nossa Família amou cada instante nessa cobertura com uma vista mar incrível 🤩 Ficamos impressionados com cada detalhe q o anfitrião organizou no local literalmente vc só precisa levar a roupa de cama pq tem tudo lá. Já queremos voltar . OBS: Amei um mural de recados no corredor,minha Belinha deixou recadinho lá relatando co o foi maravilhoso a nossa estadia no Local super recomendo 😍😍😍

Ficamos encantados com a casa! Dormir com o som do mar foi uma das melhores experiências da viagem — algo que, pessoalmente, é ainda mais incrível do que as fotos mostram. A casa é extremamente limpa, aconchegante e bem cuidada. Fomos recebidos com muito carinho pelo Rafael e Lu, que foram super atenciosos e simpáticos. O Francisco também foi incrível: desde o primeiro contato, sempre prestativo e ainda nos mandou várias dicas do que fazer na região. Mas confesso que mal conseguimos sair da casa — ficamos tão encantados com o lugar que só queríamos aproveitar a vista. Já estou contando os dias para voltar, e na próxima vez quero explorar todas as dicas do Francisco! Nossa cachorrinha também se divertiu demais na praia. Foi uma experiência inesquecível!

This house is lovely and the view is gorgeous. We spent much of our time on the porch enjoying the pool, hot tub and view. I highly recommend some time relaxing at the house. Fabian was very helpful in planning excursions. The beds were so comfortable and there was plenty of hot water! We also were grateful for enough seating for everyone in our party both outside and in the living room. We did have a 1 year old with us and that was challenging in the layout of the house but we made it work. Highly recommend this house and this area. So much to do! Do the daytime Mangrove tour and guided MA park tour. Pura Vida!

O chalé é muito bonito, bem estruturado, vista maravilhosa e tudo surpreendeu minhas expectativas.

Tuvimos la oportunidad de estar en el estudio y en la cabaña 🤍✨ y realmente ambos nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Un sueño el paisaje, la tranquilidad , y los detalles del alojamiento. Realmente un lujo 💫 volveremos !

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home and we actually changed our travel dates based on the times it was available...it's that nice. The view is probably the best in Playas del Coco and the property is super-private. The second bedroom is secluded at the end of the house with it's own entrances so people staying with you will have their own privacy. The house is walking distance to town and the beach but because it is at the top of a hill, the climb could be a challenge for some people. But it is a cheap taxi ride from the beach so really not an issue. Jeannyna is great with communication regarding instructions and house policy and she responds quickly if you have any issues. There is not a bad thing that I can say about this property and we will stay hear again and again.

Don't think twice... book this stay! The outdoor space is gorgeous, peaceful, and very private. Inside was very clean and had everything we needed. Brett, the host, was very responsive, kind, and flexible with our check in/check out times. I'm so glad I booked this home. It made our vacation magical!

Everything was great! The hosts were great communicating and checking in on us throughout our stay. They also gave us a ton of reccomendations. The location is amazing for exploring the town and different restaurants/beach clubs. It is within walking distance to a ton of places. Its right in the center of the island as well so its super quick driving to any side of the island etc. The only recommendation I have is to get some good bug spray. You want to leave the doors/windows open for airflow and the mosquito's were really bad when we went (which I have that issue in general, they just eat me up, my husband didn't get bit too badly) but I would reccomend getting some sort of mosquito repellent or bug catcher bags etc. to place in the house. The bedroom has the A/C unit, we were very comfortable sleeping at night. It was a great experience overall!! I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a more local feel/vibe for your stay!

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. From arrival to departure we felt at home. Questions were answered immediately and our host was extremely proactive in finding or sourcing items we needed. Highly recommend their recommendation for an ATV rental, we were thrilled at having this at the place with us and made getting into town a breeze! We felt incredibly safe and everything we needed was a short distance. The house is exceptionally private and well furnished. The pool is pristine and again, the hosts are just top notch. I’ve stayed at many airbnbs and never have had such a seamless level of communication. Thank you so much for making this such a memorable trip for my family. I cannot wait to return!

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and had a great location - it is literally across the street from the beach! Camille was extremely helpful and responsive during my stay, even sending my friend and I several recommendations for activities to do in Rio. The location of the apartment is great, with great local restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. It is also just a quick Uber ride away from big attractions like Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay again if I came back to Rio.

This was quite literally the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The place was absolutely pristine, very well decorated, smelled amazing, and had every possible amenity you could need. I was very impressed with the set up and how luxurious the is place felt, extremely comfortable bed/pillows, and high quality towels for bath and pool. Will definitely only stay in Andre’s places in Cartagena if they hold this top of the line standard. Also if you need to wash/dry clothes this place has brand new washer/dryer which is rare for Colombia.

We were 2 adults and 2 kids staying in Sean's beautiful place. It's big, plenty of space and a balcony with unbelievable views! The best thing was a private beach just a few steps away, perfect for relaxing and swimming. Another bigger beach is about 10-15 minutes to walk or a couple minute drive. We came during off season so it was very quiet which was perfect for us. We also walked about 10 min to the Marina for a boat tour which was very convenient. Thank you, Sean!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. Great location, near lots of fun things to do in Lima. Hosts were wonderful and communicated very well with us, they greeted us at check in and wished us well travels before check out, which was a nice touch. We would highly recommend staying here. And we hope to stay at this property the next time we visit Lima, I don’t think we could ever stay anywhere else!

We absolutely loved our stay! 💛 The Airbnb was incredibly beautiful, spotless, and decorated with so much care and love. The service was amazing – the hosts checked in to see if everything was okay, cleaning was done during our stay, and we were even allowed to check in early, which made everything super smooth.
