Beachfront holiday rental in South Athens

Fofi was an amazing host, always friendly, responsive, polite, proactive and accommodating. A joy to have Fofi as a host. The place was beautiful and with a perfect location. Thank you Fofi!!!!

Me and my friend loved our week here. Before we had even arrived Anna was helpful and quick to respond to any questions, she helped bus a taxi from the airport straight to the airport (and the same when we were travelling home), and even let us access the apartment earlier than 3pm to drop bags off! Artemida is a lovely location, beautiful beaches and great restaurants just on the doorstep. There’s little convenience stores round the corner, or a My Marker (a bigger supermarket) only 10 minutes walk away, which we found had everything we needed when getting some food in for our stay. The apartment is also above a cafe and a pharmacy. We loved having both balconies to enjoy the sea and watch the sun set/rise. The public transport is easy to navigate too, we had a day in Athens by getting the bus and the train! Overall, a lovely mix of city and sea and by the end of the week we wished we had more time :)

The view is superb, lovely terrace, super clean and amenities are perfect. One advise, no heavy luggage as there are some stairs leading to the building. Highly recommended!

The apartment is clean and comfortable, and the host is very responsive if you need anything. She also gave me many local restaurant recommendations as well sites to go visit which was helpful to a short term visitor like me. If you like a smaller apartment and want to stay out of the big city then I highly recommend staying here.

Πολύ ωραιο διαμέρισμα, με εύκολο πάρκινγκ και ήσυχη γειτονιά. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος και πλήρως εξοπλισμένος με όλα τα απαραίτητα! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Αξίζει τα χρήματα του και με το παραπάνω

On the 3rd floor in building w/ elevator access. Loved the balcony overlooking bustling area. A small studio with lots of amenities. The kitchen is well supplied. Andreas told us of some current construction next door, but we are always up and out early and missed most of it. And they were done early each day as he ensured us. The washing machine was a plus. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. Good wifi. Shopping is across the street. Mass transit is very convenient. The area felt very safe. Nice cafes close by and free beaches. If Glyfada is in our next visit to Greece, I would definitely stay here again.

Ένα χρόνο μετά την πρώτη φιλοξενία στο σπίτι της Esra, επιστρέψαμε για τρίτη φορά, γνωρίζοντας ότι οι φωτογραφίες ανταποκρίνονται στην πραγματικότητα. Για άλλη μια φορά, η πάντα διαθέσιμη και φιλική Esra φρόντισε για ένα φιλόξενο και ζεστό διαμέρισμα, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα (εκτός από τα βασικά λάδι, ξύδι, μπαχαρικά, είχε ακόμα διαθέσιμα υλικά όπως μακαρόνια, αλεύρι κτλ), δύο καθαρά μπάνια και έναν γενικά ήσυχο χώρο. Χαιρόμαστε να επιστρέφουμε!

Marilena est une personne soucieuse de ses voyageurs. Elle met tout en oeuvre pour que l'on passe un bon séjour. Tant dans la communication, les recommandations et la prestation qu'elle offre. Merci aussi aux habitants de nous avoir accueilli toujours avec le sourire. Nous avons pu faire tout ce que l'on souhaitait ( marche, plage, visite d'Athenes, plaisir gustatif, baignade, bain de soleil..).

Thank you for a very nice stay! ☀️🙌 Panos is a super host and the apartment is everything we hoped for. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful sunsets from the outdoor area. Short distance to the supermarket and the beach. We really appreciated the flexibility around checking in and out. Without hesitation, Panos even helped us out with driving us to the airport as we couldn’t get hold of an Uber. Thank you for everything! I hope we’ll be back some day :-)

We had a fabulous stay at Nasos’s villa! Everything we needed for a peaceful, adult family holiday was provided from start to finish. The setting was quiet, beautiful, and incredibly relaxing, a perfect escape if you’re looking to get away from it all. We hardly even felt the need to visit the beach because the pool and outdoor space were so inviting. The hammock was especially popular. We also appreciated the thoughtful little treats left for us by the housekeepers upon arrival, such a warm welcome! Nasos was a fantastic host. He personally dropped off grocery essentials at the start of our stay and was attentive and helpful throughout, even assisting us with arranging transfers from Athens since we chose not to rent a car. Thank you so much, Nasos—it was truly lovely to meet you. We’d be more than happy to stay again in the future. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ, Nasos!

We had a wonderful stay here! Everything was absolutely perfect! The villa is well equipped with everything you need for a week-long stay (or longer), and situated very close to shops in Lavrio for groceries. Waking up everyday to the beautiful sunrise over the sea with mountains in view was amazing. We were able to very comfortably fit our whole family here without any issues and there was still more space we could have used for additional people if needed. We definitely plan to come back here for more family vacations.

The house is literally right at the water. The final drive down to the house is extremely steep, and with a larger vehicle it was a challenge to turn the car around. We became pros at this about halfway through our 15-night stay!! With only three of us in the house, we had plenty of room. We thoroughly enjoyed the two living rooms (first and second levels). We also enjoyed the multiple decks to sit out and enjoy the water sounds. We used the outside table by the pool a few times and appreciated the extra shade provided by the electric awning. The pool was a bit cold for us, but we did use it. The lichen had everything we needed, which we appreciated. The house far exceeded our expectations!! Rania was very helpful, as she provided great suggestions for restaurants, activities, etc.

We stayed a week and enjoyed our time at Thanos's house thoroughly. The house is older but has everything you need and the outdoor area with pool was a lifesaver on the hot days. The house is in a mountainous area and car is necessary to get around. Thanos was very responsive and had great recommendations. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Koni. Sie war super nett, herzlich und immer hilfsbereit – man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight, genauso wie der atemberaubende Ausblick. Die Unterkunft war insgesamt sehr sauber, was uns besonders wichtig ist. Man merkt allerdings, dass einige Ecken schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Ein paar Renovierungen würden dem Ganzen wirklich guttun – gerade in dieser Preisklasse wäre das ein schöner Bonus. Trotzdem: Die Atmosphäre, die Freundlichkeit und die Lage machen den Aufenthalt absolut empfehlenswert. Danke, Koni!

Let me start by saying that Foteini is one of the best host and one of the sweetest person I've ever met. From the moment the gate opens, your jaw drops in awe. The villa is spotless, and the view is spectacular. Very private, this is the perfect place to relax!

Ηταν ολα τελεια, ο χώρος πολυ καθαρος , το τζακουζι πολυ ανετο και καθαρο. Ο οικοδεσπότης πολυ επικοινωνιακος απαντουσε αμεσα σε οτι χρειαζομασταν. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Unser Aufenthalt mit drei Kindern bei Jeanine diesen Herbst war wundervoll. Das Appartment hält, was die Beschreibung verspricht. Es ist schön und ruhig gelegen, alles, was man braucht fußläufig zu erreichen, sogar Kinderarzt und Apotheke direkt um die Ecke zu finden; und nah am Meer und Strand, mit dem Bus/Bahn schnell in der Stadt. Wir hatten alles, was wir für einen entspannten und abwechslungsreichen Urlaub mit Kindern benötigten. Zudem war der Kontakt zu Jeanine äußerst freundlich, zuverlässig und immer prompt. Einen Aufenthalt bei ihr können wir nach dieser Erfahrung nur empfehlen - es war wirklich schön!

Anna and her team were amazing. We loved the place so much that we completely got distracted that we had to checkout. Tried to extend, but unfortunately this beautiful nest was not available. @Anna, thank you for your amazing hospitality and for looking after us.

Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική, ήσυχη αλλά και κοντά σε ό,τι θέλαμε να επισκεφτούμε. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν εξαιρετικός – φιλικός εξυπηρετικός και πάντα διαθέσιμος για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Η εμπειρία μας ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες και σίγουρα θα επιστρέφαμε ξανά! Πέντε αστέρια χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη!

Sailing with Constantinos is the best way to experience the Greek islands. He customized the trip to meet our needs, and he made our kids (ages 14 & 16) super comfortable. He taught us a heap about sailing and knew tons to help us be comfortable on the boat and he gave us tips to enjoy each island. I just can’t recommend this enough!

We had a wonderful stay. Very clean and comfortable. Easy walking and right near transit.

Simple, clean 1st floor apartment. Everything worked as advertised. I liked it enough to book this unit for another stay in 6 weeks time.
