Villa holiday rentals in South Athens

Our stay at this accommodation was very pleasant. The fully fenced property offers security and privacy, and the multiple private parking spaces are super convenient. The location is perfect: Athens is quickly accessible by car, and everything needed can be found locally as well. The accommodation is well-equipped, and John had the nice gesture of providing us with basic essentials and snacks. John's service deserves particular mention. He responds very quickly to inquiries and is very helpful. He had already provided comprehensive information in advance, so most of our questions were already answered. A good recommendation for anyone who values comfort and good service.

Adrian was truly one of the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever had. He generously offers airport pickup for a small fee and is also happy to provide transportation to and from the nearby train station. His partner prepares some of the most delicious Greek food we had during our trip — it genuinely felt like staying at a cozy tavern. We especially loved the Greek salad, chicken pita, and freshly squeezed orange juice. The unit itself was spotless and thoughtfully equipped — from the excellent espresso machine and chilled waters on arrival to the comfortable bed and fantastic shower. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again.

The host was really friendly. During the dorm,Everything was comfortable and nice. If I come to Athens again next time, I will visit you again.

Beautiful house on the Saronida hills with beautiful sea views and sunset views. Great for a large group of people. Rooms were plenty, spacious and clean. Pool was nice. Only thing is that it’s not very walkable and very far from Athens city centre, but we didn’t have much trouble getting a taxi (using freenow). Close to some good restaurants and groceries although not walkable. Host was responsive and helpful. Overall a great stay!

We were a party of 7 and had an incredible stay at Gina’s home. She and Vasileious were there to greet us and do a brief walk through of the house when we arrived. Everything was extremely well-thought out, the keyless entry, the passcodes, separate bath and beach towels, cold water, coffee, snacks and fruit - even the basic pharmacy, first aid cupboard!! The home was meticulously cleaned and had beautiful artwork that made us feel right at home. The outdoor spaces were well-manicured and offered both gathering space for the large group, and also small areas to enjoy alone! Gina and Vasilieous were kind, generous, thoughtful and informative! We HIGHLY recommend them as hosts and to stay in this beautiful home.

This place was perfect for our large family. Everyone had their own space and there was plenty of communal space. Oksana quickly responded to any queries that we had. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay at the villa was an absolute delight from start to finish. This charming, spacious house exceeded all our expectations. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the swimming pool. It was a fantastic way to relax and cool off during the day. Spending the evening on the terrace was equally enjoyable, with the summery night atmosphere making it an ideal spot to enjoy our drinks while watching the stars The house itself is well maintained and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and luxurious environment. Each room was spacious and well-appointed, making it easy to feel at home. The combination of modern amenities with charming, cozy touches made for a wonderfully welcoming experience. We stayed at Konstantinos place just for 2 days so couldn’t really make the most of it. The house is very big and our kids loved playing around. Konstantinos is very friendly and always responsive! The house it self offers alot, only some issues with maintenance as some parts of it are a bit old or need replacing. Overall a great house and a great host! Thank you!

It was an amazing stay!! Kostas replied back to me within minutes any time I had a question, even came back for more towels and ice. Check in was very smooth and everything was amazing, everyone felt very comfortable with everything. It is a wonderful house for big groups.

Ioannis's place is fabulous. It was the ideal place for our group of 7 adults to enjoy sunning by the pool or to wander down to the beach, with plenty of nearby beach bars and restaurants to explore. The cheese platter and a few beers in the fridge as a lovely surprise. Thanks Ioannis. We thoroughly enjoyed your place.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t have been more convenient—everything we wanted to see and do was just a short walk or quick drive away. The hosts were absolutely amazing—super responsive and always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. The property itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Agapi’s place was amazing!!! Everything was exactly what it looked like in the pictures and Agapi greeted us upon arrival to show us around the house. She even took us around the town in her car since we didn’t have a rental!! Be aware the driveway is very steep and hard to get large cars in and out. Other than that, the pool and the views were amazing. Totally worth every penny! Highly recommend this place. I hope to be back again very soon. Thank you Agapi🫶🏼

Amazing accommodation! Stunning pool and beautiful rooms, terrace with seating and view. Everything was close - beach, shops. Owner responded nice and immediately. Highly recommend!

We are a family of 6 with Kids and Teenagers. The house was beautiful and clean. The view is breathtaking and we had a wonderful time… Theoni was soo nice. She took such good care of us, even went shopping some basics before we arrived. If I were the biggest critic I could not find a thing to nag about… Everything was simply perfect.. thank you again and we‘ll definitely come again… highly recommended!!!

There are hardly words to describe our experience here. Dimitri’s was such a welcoming host! He catered to our early check in, offered us recommendations for our retreat, checked in regularly about our experience. He recommended Niko’s, a local chef to serve for us at our experience and it was extraordinary. Local meats and plenty flavours, thoughtful arrangements, and a very kind heart. We thoroughly enjoyed having Niko’s and Anna around during our stay. Finally, you’re close enough to where it matters but far enough removed that you get to have the privacy and seclusion much needed during the busy months. I cannot recommend this home enough. 10/10.

The house is beautiful with a relaxing outdoor area and pool. Everything was very clean and the bathrooms were fully stocked with anything you might need. Chara was a very welcoming host and made us feel right at home.

The house is beautiful, truly. It does have everything you need. Great especially for a larger party than just my husband and I, but we enjoyed it. From the views, the pool, the elevator, and all the space...it was wonderful. It is only 25 mins from everything - athens, the ports, Poseidon, etc. Felt nice to be away from people and traffic by staying at this home. We enjoyed the towns nearby and dinner at XH MA (delicious]! We drove to a station 15 mins away and then rode the metro to Athens. Quick and inexpensive. I was asked if I would stay there again,as we have stayed at many airbnbs. The answer is yes. There were some issues with check in, but they allowed us in early. Some areas of the home needed small bits of attention, which they quickly said they would fix (and from prior reviews...they had fixed issues prior), so I trust 100% they will. They asked for a 5 rating, but I will be honest...the HOME is a 5, and with a few tweaks in mgmt it will soar as a 5 without asking.

We loved our stay and hope to come again - the perfect place to arrive e after a long haul journey. Everything was perfect and spotless. The house is fully equipped and we felt instantly at home. Thank you Kosta for sharing your fabulous home with us!
