You will enjoy a 1 bedroom suite with full/queen bed, dedicated workspace, private luxurious ensuite bathroom with tub and shower, and a large walk in closet. The kitchen and dining loft are shared spaces with other renters. Complimentary coffee and tea available. Our house is located on a wooded lot with views from the bedroom. In the warmer months a patio, and side yard are available to guests. One parking spot on shared driveway.

Each unit features a comfortable seating area, a large bathroom with a Carrera marble shower surround, a separate bedroom with a king-size bed and a fully equipped galley style kitchen with brand new Samsung appliances. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Suite #1 is on the first floor.

A separate studio in the house with a wonderful placement in the city. It has everything for your convenience: - a private bathroom - a refrigerator and a microwave - a work desk - expensive mattresses - a quiet air conditioner. It's like a small apartment in a building, but without the noisy upstairs and downstairs neighbors. There is also free parking space for one car. There is no TV here, but you can use your devices to watch videos as you will have access to free high speed WiFi.

Fall is here, the treehouse is heated and cozy, and the hot tub ready! Relax on cool evenings in our luxurious, very private, 4' deep cedar hot tub nestled in the evergreens, while the moon and stars swirl overhead, the waterfall tumbles into the koi pond, and the fire table and torches blaze. The running stream makes this a wildlife refuge, with tons of birds, squirrels, rabbits, foxes and hawks. We are 420 friendly. Come experience the magic and make a special memory!

a SIMPLE place

Booking the entire house with 100% privacy. It has 2 driveway parking spaces and street parking. Garage may be available. CHECK-IN and OUT are flexible. I set checkout at 11am (text me if you need late checkout). The space is perfect for a family of 4. It is located about 20 minutes from O'Hare airport and 40 minutes from Chicago downtown. Infants and pets are welcome (please text me for over size pets or more than 2 pets) Play pan is available upon request.

Original pine floors line the upstairs loft bedrooms. Cook in a French inspired country kitchen with butcher block counter tops. Rural setting, yet minutes away from everything! Downtown is a 20 min. walk and the Metra will take you to the city in 45 minutes!

05a. Common Room King

We have a King-sized bed in a Common Room. This is in a shared common room space. Up to 3 other guests my be booked in this room. The room has limited storage and NO DOOR. This space is best for those with little to no bags. Breakfast is included in your stay. We keep the pantry stocked with eggs, bacon, milk, orange juice, jam, bread, fruit, pancake mix, coffee and tea. Any of these items can be used to make yourself breakfast in the morning.
