I offer accommodation in a cozy farmhouse on the land of a South Bohemian farmhouse in Prostřední Vydří (6 km from Dačice). The cottage is renovated, has a separate entrance, a bathroom and a private garden with a pleasant shade. The room has 2 beds (one folding), desk, kitchen, fridge, library and a friendly, romantic atmosphere. It's quiet and private. - It melts in the winter, I'll be happy to explain how. The bathroom is unheated! I can lend a radiator in the cold. - I mow the grass when necessary, I don't shave the lawn.

In the constantly renovated premises of the former mill, we offer accommodation in 6 different rooms, but also spend time together in an equipped tap with a fireplace, or in a hall with musical instruments and a stage, in a favorable weather in a large garden with an entrance to the stream, with an open barn, a fire pit and an outdoor kitchen. The space is perfect for groups of friends, families, or for hosting workshops and team building.

Cottage Koloděje nad Lužnicí

Our new little house is perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. We don't have everything you need for a stress-free stay. Quiet location of the garden colony, the proximity of the river, and almost 100% darkness to make your sleep more comfortable. We can rent a canoe, paddle board, or 2 bicycles for free. Evenings can be spent by the fire pit, or by the wide-angle TV for a movie. The stay can also be revived by a record player that reminds you of the old times. Dogs are welcome.
