So glad we found this home! We often visit the area for our sons fishing tournaments. This house is perfect for our group! The fenced in back yard area was a highlight, since we bring our pup. The yard still has plenty of space outside the fenced area too, for playing yard games! Plenty of time was enjoyed on the screened in porch! The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. The neighbors were all friendly too! We have zero complaints. Worth every penny!

The Clarendon was a peaceful, cozy and inviting home. The neighborhood was very clean and quiet and we were still able to walk downtown. It truly felt like we were home away from home. Martha gave very clear instructions and was very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful weekend and will absolutely book this home again, if available.

This was a beautiful peaceful stay. I have an autistic child and safety is always a concern. The door to the outside is extremely child safe. I was able to truly enjoy the view and surroundings. I was able to sleep and not worry that my child could wander out the door. Parents with special needs children can feel safe bringing their child of any age and any ability, yes even by the water. I have not felt so secure in any other accommodation as we did here. The host is very kind and responsive. I highly recommend this to anyone. We look forward to booking a longer stay in the future.
