A beautiful apartment to stay in. Very clean, everything you needed and more. Perfect location and close to everything. You could walk everywhere. Great communication from Sandra as well. Very accomodating and lovely. Finding the key was easy with the instructions provided. Parking was a bit tricky but I paid to park at Opera Apartments for convenience at $30 per night - I had to get there early to purchase parking from the front desk as they closed at 12 on the weekend. They had to let me in as I didn’t have the apartment key yet but I could get to ground floor and explore the city, without a key, until check in. Highly recommend. I will stay there again when I return to the city.

I stayed at Jaja’s place for a little over a week while I was in town for a conference at the BCEC. It was so nice having a comfortable place for an extended stay! Being able to come “home” to a quiet space was so appreciated. Overall the space was great - it had a fairly well equipped kitchen, the bed was firm but comfortable, the building was secure, and the internet worked very well. On top of that, the location of this space is fantastic for walking to all kinds of shops, restaurants, and attractions. A couple of things to note if you are looking to stay here. First, there are lots of windows, which is great for light, but they look directly into the building across the way. Second, while it is on a higher floor, there are still city sounds that you can hear - I didn’t mind it but some people are sensitive. Last thing is that you can hear neighbor-noise from time to time, but again it isn’t that big of an issue. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to book again

Last minute booking to take my family on a quick holiday to Brisbane. Lee's place was the perfect spot. Beautiful views from the apartment and very quiet, nice place to relax. Lee was very responsive to my questions more so than other Airbnbs I've been too which was refreshing. Very close to all sorts of shops and restaurants, all walkable. Also came with a car spot which was handy. Good place to stay if you're looking to he in the heart of South Bank.
