The house has three bedrooms + open sleeping space (favored by everyone...) a cozy fully equipped kitchen, a barbecue corner, with a fun glass in the summer, direct access to Lake Beit Olive ( 2 minutes walk). The house borders the wadi and full of nature around, so you can take a walk straight from the house. There is a nice chicken coop, wood fireplace in winter, large and spacious garden full of fruit trees. By car, you can reach the center of Jerusalem in 10-15 minutes without traffic jams. There is public transportation every hour.
