Holiday rentals with a patio in South Dublin

The stay was fantastic and quiet, Alex was a very good host with us, always answering any questions we might have at the time, everything together was great

Awesome location, easy ride from the Airport. Very walkable to all the areas. Host was awesome and met us early to give us the keys and show us around. Highly recommend this location. Host also has washer and dryer in the flat, which was very convenient. Host was communicative throughout the stay and checked in on us halfway through via the App. 10/10 would stay here again.

Perfect location, nice apartment with a balcony and a garden view, parking on premises and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, provided us with a travel recommendations and was trying to do his best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We highly recommend this place 🤗

The location is fantastic…so easy to walk and/or catch public transport from here. The apartment was super comfortable, clean, bright and just as described in the listing. Lynn and Shane were super responsive to any questions we had and also very amenable to some leeway around check in and check out. Definitely would recommend! Also…don’t miss Soren & Son coffee around the corner…delicious coffee, pastries and sandwiches.

Very nice apartment and perfect location! Everything you need within a walking distance. Close to all the main sights. You have everything you need in the apartment. There were 4 of us and it was great to have 2 bathrooms. Very clean, nice design, felt really like home. Very friendly host. Highly recommended!

Firstly, Joan as a host is very friendly, welcome and kind. She was very responsive to my questions and helpful. Previous negative review about Joan and her place couldn’t be further from the truth as Joan couldn’t have done more for us. We arrived around 6:30pm during winter and she’d already put our heating on in both rooms and turned on the heated blanket on the bed which was an absolute treat after coming in from the cold day of travelling. Regarding the temperature, yes it was cold but it’s Ireland in winter so it was to be expected, but Joan has installed really powerful heaters that got it cosy in no time. The place has been renovated since the photographs, it has been decorated in a beautiful funky retro style but still included modern equipment such as an air fryer and electric hob. As for the location, Joan’s place is conveniently only a 10 minute walk from a supermarket which supplied everything we needed for our trip. There is also lots of public transport links nearby. 5/5

Me and a group stayed for a weekend at Kiro and Thiago’s accommodation and it was fantastic! The area was safe and quiet, very easy to find thanks to great directions from the hosts. There was a great range of amenities in the accommodation, amenities you wouldn’t usually be provided when staying in other Airbnb's or hotels. The accommodation was so comfortable, it felt like home. We highly rate this as somewhere to stay in Dublin City, only a 5 minute walk max to closest public transport stops and in walking distance to many other locations around Dublin City. Kiro and Thiago as host were fantastic! they made booking and turning up on the day of our stay so stress free 💖

This place is exactly as described and as shown on the photos. It is spacious, tastefully decorated, bright, and really well equipped. I stayed for 2 nights and I am already booked to come back in July!

Nice spot for us, close to bus 150 for city center. The house is lovely, clean, and with all we needed to cook correctly or enjoy tv. Good reactivity from the host as well.

Stephen has a hidden gem, nicely tucked away in a great part of Dublin He’s cottage is very cosy, walking distance to any part of the city Great cafe and restaurants a short distance away.

We had a great stay at Sarah’s. The location of the house was ideal for my family. Within walking distance of parks and restaurants. The bus into Dublin was about a five minute walk. The neighborhood was quiet. It only took a few minutes to drive to the supermarket. Besides taking the bus into Dublin, during our stay we visited Newgrange and Emerald Park. The kitchen is very nice and spacious. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a washer and dryer, as well. Sarah provided us with a nice list of useful information, including directions to local supermarkets, hospitals, restaurants, parks, bus routes etc. Our two kids, ages 7 and 9 really enjoyed Willsbrook Park. I would definitely recommend staying at Sarah’s.

I highly recommend Ian's place for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay close to Dublin.

Marcus was a wonderful host at our arrival and recommended some trally great spots. Didn't mind us arriving late and lodgings were all very neat and convenient. Perfect for a trip between buddies like us.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was perfect for the three of us visiting Dublin for the first time. The place was in the perfect location, close enough to walk or take public transportation to popular destinations but still quiet and peaceful. We would recommend staying here while exploring Dublin. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay!

Apartment was fine and well outfitted. Location was great and my fault for not noticing that it is on M1 highway coming into town so does have a fair amount of street noise/traffic all the time. The tradeoff for ideal location was worth it. Had everything one coud need, Thank you.

THE PERFECT SPOT! Very clean, three restaurants right below the apartment, the Jameson site right below the apartment and so many shops and restaurants directly across and in the immediate area. Not to mention the tram is right down the street. It was the perfect airbnb location a tourist could ask for. Paul also gave great recommendations, was quick to respond and made sure we had what we needed! Will definitely rebook when we plan to come back again.

We had a great time staying at this place. It is very well maintained and has all required amenities. There is a beautiful garden in the society as well. Also, Cathal was very supportive in answering all our queries. I would definitely recommend this place.

Muriel and Tom are wonderful hosts and couldn’t be more helpful. Their place is excellent if you are exploring the high profile garden in the area.

Very nice apartment, very bright and very well equipped. Very nice patio. Secure underground parking. Close to the city center with a bus stop nearby. Mary is very attentive to the well-being of her guests and is very helpful. Very good stay despite rainy weather.

we had a lovely stay at David's place. the apartment is clean and comfortable. the city center 15/20 mins walk, which allows you to get there by visiting . i recommend it.

Lorraine was a great host! We enjoyed the unit, as there was plenty of space and it was an easy drive from Dublin, with public transportation also nearby. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone coming to visit the area!
