Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in South Fork

The unit was a timeshare condo in a small village of 6 identical units. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Small kitchen with dishwasher and living room with pull out couch bed and TV, King Size bed with another TV, nice tall shower, small front patio for two chairs and a table. Everything was perfect for us. The Check In staff were helpful and easy to contact. This stay comes with a lot of amenities including the Rec Center and on Friday they had free drinks and popcorn in the lobby. Pagosa in general is a great place to stay, definitely visit the Hidden Track when JB is bartending, but for this review I’ll stay focused on the lodging and host. If you follow Brooke’s instructions to give your name as written on your government ID and make sure your phone number is up to date in the AirBnB app, it was a seamless check in and a nice stay at a fair price. With good staff on site and clear communication from Brooke, this was the nicest and easiest AirBnB experience I’ve had.

Nice place! Very cosy and close to town. We skied at Wolf Creek and only takes about 25 minutes to get to the base.

Felt right at home, all the comforts right where they counted! Washer & dryer, well outfitted kitchen, comfortable beds & linens, great shower, comfortable living area! Great walkable area right downtown. Thanks for a great stay!

The Mill Cabin Suite in Creede, CO was a perfect, cozy, comfortable and quiet stay for the two of us. It is ideally located on the edge of town, out of the main traffic pattern, and within walking distance of the market, restaurants and stores. It is is quaintly appointed with old Colorado mining town decor. In fact the bedroom is an actual reconstructed old small family cabin! The whole place was hand built by Jenna’s husband, Chev. You could tell that they really cared because of all the small, but very appreciated, small personal touches - fresh flowers, candles, welcome sign on fridge handmade with ball magnets, full info sheet, list of restaurants, lots of local brochures, personal hand written welcome note, hand laid flagstone floor in bathroom with hand hewn heart, etc. Both Jenna and Chev were very warm, friendly, super responsive and helpful. We even chatted for a bit over coffee and cookies. This will be our go to place in Creede. Cathy & Joe R.

This spot was exactly what we were looking for! Something close to restaurants and bars, private space, and relaxing area. We loved hanging out on the patio when we were at the Airbnb. It was a great fit for me and my partner, plus our pet!

Great stay for Spring Break - beautiful location in Colorado!

The location is great - central location close to everything we wanted to do. The space is nice and wide open. It is rustic but it was super clean. The unit is quite warm as others had mentioned but we made use of the fans and A/C and managed to be comfortable. I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting a great location. Once we were back from skiing we could just park the car and walk everywhere. Thanks for a great stay!

This was far and away the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The apartment is in immaculate condition and incredibly clean. I truly felt at home and didn’t find myself wanting for anything. On top of the amazing amenities, Gregory, the host, was extremely kind and very prompt to respond to the few inquires I had. If you are looking for a place to stay when you visit Creede, look no further. In the future, if I am fortunate enough to draw another unit 76 tag, I will absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful place to stay. Clean and up to date appearance inside. We felt right at home. Outside by the lake was clean and furniture outside was also in good clean condition as well. We will definitely come back!

We only had a quick stay but it was perfect and great value. Danielle is a great host and very accommodating and friendly. We highly recommend this spot and it was great with kids. We plan on visiting again.

Much better deal than hotels nearby. The place was impressively clean upon arrival and host gave clear instructions on how to find the building.

Nice house, the living area has windows all directions - it snowed and it was so beautiful and peaceful.

This 3-bedroom place worked great for our group of 6 adults and our many cooking projects. Had everything we needed - blankets, cookware, kettle, microwave and oven and stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms. One bath is in the master suite, fyi. The neighborhood is not walking-friendly, but beautiful and convenient.

Such a great house in a beautiful place! We stayed here for a long weekend, and it was perfect. The house is amazing and the surroundings are gorgeous. The outdoor area, hot tub, ping pong, games, and kitchen make it the perfect place if you want to stay and hang out, but it is also super close to Pagosa, so there's plenty to do. We'll definitely stay here again!

Great place with an exceptionally kind host. Comfy, clean and a good location to explore the San Luis Valley.

Definitely a perfect place if you want to go to the springs or visit the town without paying the crazy resort fees. Comfortable, well decorated, great shower and laundry available. Was exactly like the pictures. Danielles instructions were perfect, they did not come into my email until right before my reservation which was new to me, but worked out totally fine!

This townhouse is nothing short of exceptional and we couldn't have found a better location with nicer accommodations. No issues with the interior or negative feedback. We clean a lot and it was nice to have all of the utilities available to keep it nice while we stayed. It was also great to have internet access. The owners were available if we needed anything at all times.

I cannot recommend this property enough. We visit Pagosa every summer and this is hands down my favorite place we’ve stayed. The condo had everything we needed, and was so stylish yet incredibly comfortable. The hosts were incredible. It looked exactly like the photos with all amenities described. The location is walkable to all the shops, and multiple hot spring options. We did the day pass for the resort and visited each evening after a day of exploring (rafting with Pagosa Outside, train ride from Durango, trail ride through San Juan Natl Forest with Elkheart Outfitters). Cannot wait to stay here again!

This condo was perfect for our stay. The location is very close to multiple local restaurants that are delicious. We drove up to Wolf Creek to ski multiple days and getting in and out from the condo could not have been easier. The unit itself was very nice. It had two nice sized bedrooms including one king size bed which is unique in my experience on Airbnb. They have a nice comfortable sectional couch that is quite large and easily accommodates multiple people while relaxing. Check in was easy and communication was perfect. I would stay here again.

What a great place to stay and have family time. Having lived in Pagosa for 7 years I knew the area very well. Jennifer’s place was tops and close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. Great space and very updated and clean. Best AirBnB we have ever stayed in. Also Jennifer was very kind and helping for our personal needs. So thankful for her and her home. Great place to stay!!! Five Stars all the way.
