Monthly Rentals in South Gosforth

Really nice flat, ideal for a stay near Newcastle. Only a 20 min walk to Jesmond which has loads of nice bars & restaurants, and the metro station is only a 2 minute walk and 10mins into the city centre. The hosts are very responsive to questions and helpful.

No problems internally, flat was as expected, hosts were great, really good communication and very attentive. The accommodation is really let down by the communal areas, which are not well kept.

Miriam is an excellent host! She was so helpful with recommendations on the local area and how to get around. Her apartment was spotless, looked just like the photos and felt so at home. She replied to messages so quickly and did all she could to help. When we come to Newcastle again Miriam and her apartment will be the first place we look for ☺️

Perfect place for our needs for 3 nights away. Fantastic location for both shops/bars/restaurants and Jesmond Dene. We were able to walk into the city, along the quayside, and through Ouseburn via Heaton Park and Jesmond Dene back to the place. It’s a great walk and highly recommend it. Joanne is a great host. Perfect in terms of instructions for access, parking, and recommendations. The place is clean and cosy. What more can you ask for.
