House holiday rentals in South Haven

We stayed at this lake house over Memorial Day weekend with our family, and it completely exceeded our expectations. It truly felt like the best vacation - peaceful, relaxing, and even better than we hoped for. The luxurious finishes were exactly what drew us to the home and did not disappoint. The heated pool was essential and such a treat, and the layout of the home made it so easy for all of us to hang out, cook, and enjoy time together. Ana was a great host, we would absolutely come back again!

This house was so beautiful and was a perfect place to spend a girl’s weekend! Would recommend over and over again and would definitely stay here again! Mike was also very quick at responding (even on the weekend) and when something wasn’t right he was very quick it fix it.

My family and I loved staying here! The pool was perfect and we used it every single day and the space was ideal for us - my 4 year old especially loved the games (first timer playing Sorry) and PAC Man along with the nature / fire pit (and pool of course). It was very close to downtown Saugatuck and the host was super responsive. Our dog was also very relaxed in this location as it was quiet and peaceful and he is getting older. Thanks for the great stay and we can’t wait to come back’

We all walked in and said WOW! It was beautiful and had so much charm. We have stayed in many rentals and this was by far the cleanest and most organized. We traveled with 3 couples and there was plenty of room to gather and socialize and room to just chill by yourself. The boardwalk made for a wonderful morning walk. Brittany was a terrific host answering any questions I had and providing a list of thing to do in the area. Certainly worth the money! We would definitely stay again. Rita

Jennifer’s home was absolutely amazing—beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared in every way. It was the perfect place for our family getaway. The kids had an incredible time and are still talking about all the fun they had. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We had an amazing stay to celebrate a milestone birthday with my extended family! The house comfortably fit 4 families and a labradoodle and was excellent for the 5 kiddos. The heated pool and hot tub were fantastic for cooler than expected temperatures Memorial Day weekend and kept the kids entertained. We opted to cook and grill at the house and had everything we needed. The house is also super close to the beautiful New Buffalo beach. We will be back!

We had an amazing stay at the Green Oasis. The house was lovely and would be perfect for two families staying together as there are two separate ‘wings’ off the main entrance. The one side was more than enough room for the three of us. Rooms were very comfortable and we felt right at home. The backyard pool is the star of the show as we spent a lot of time in the private space out back. Having it heated and covered is an added plus. Chris was excellent communicating with us throughout the stay. We definitely are looking forward to our next trip to this beautiful home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jennifer’s house! It was clean, great location & cozy! We especially loved the automatic pool cover so we could actually relax on vacation with our little ones running around. I also loved the three separate areas outside (pool, fire pit, grassy area). The separate areas offered a nice change of scenery to break up the day without leaving the house. I also loved that it’s a spacious ranch style house, so was easy to keep eyes on the kids. Jennifer was a wonderful & accommodating host & can’t wait to get back to her house soon! Thanks for having us!

Beautiful and peaceful place! The area is very quiet. Being secluded in the trees and then being able to walk to the beach was such a great switch in scenery. It felt like 2 different vacations in one! Loved this location and loved this cabin. We will definitely be back!

This beautiful home was charming. Wonderful location for walking into town whether for coffee, dinner, or shopping. The outdoor space was also lovely. Great space for our party of nine that included six adults and three small children. Plenty of space to gather together or separate as needed. Everything that one could need was made available to you at the home. The host was responsive and made sure any questions we had were answered quickly. Checkin and checkout instructions were easy. We hope to make South Haven and this Airbnb an annual thing for our Friendcations moving forward.

We had five adults and two grandkids, 1 and 5 yo. The bedrooms on three levels were perfect for our needs, especially the lower level with a king bed and a bunkbed which suited our daughter’s family. The kitchen was awesome equipped with high end appliances and every tool we needed. As it was easier to cook every evening to better accommodate the kids, the kitchen could not have been better for us. There were many other thoughtful and very nice decorating touches. The back yard has a Weber gas grill, dining table, gas firepit and a screened porch. And almost forgot the Speed Queen washer and dryer which had a workout with the kids clothes and beach towels. This was not an inexpensive rental for sure. But this is also far, far nicer than a “typical” beach rental. So for us, “Just Havenly” was totally worth every penny! If our family returns to South Haven we will make every effort to book again.

Location, location, location. This perfect little cottage is the best location. Easy walk to the downtown area and you are not even a block away from a public beach. Highly recommend the location. Our French Bulldog also loved the place! Would rent again.

This place is perfect for a group in Michigan. The house was very comfortable (beds, plenty of space, number of bathrooms, large table to accommodate 8 people). The house is very nice with a great kitchen and washer/dryer. The grill worked great and the fire pit was nice to have. The walk to the beach was lovely and the beach was beautiful. The house had everything we needed for beach days and relaxing evenings. We will definitely stay here again when our group is back in town

This home is so pretty and well taken care of. There are lots of thoughtful extras in case you forget. So clean and well maintained. The yard w seating is open and does face the road which was a little off putting for us…only because we are fairly private people at home. But, it was really a gem otherwise. It is very close to the water and town. We walked to both many times with a baby and stroller.

We stayed at Stella Blu for a girls weekend and couldn’t have been happier! The house was absolutely adorable- we loved the decor! Beds and bedding were super comfortable, and Kim thought of every possible amenity needed. Kim had excellent communication, and was very helpful with local recommendations. Do not hesitate to book- you will love it! We have already talked about rebooking for next year!

Amazing location! Peaceful , but an easy 10 minute drive to South Haven, and close to Saugatuck and Holland as well. House is great, beautiful view! And the private access beach is a lovely bonus. Jack was great - very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Our family had a thoroughly enjoyable week and we were super sad to leave!

We had a great time staying here. Host was very helpful with clear instructions and excellent recommendations. And location cannot be beat. Super close to the beach and downtown! Will be staying again in the future.

We had a great stay. The home was beautiful! It was clean and had plenty of space. The maintenance crew came quickly to fix a running toilet and we found out that he was also the one who put our grocery delivery in the fridge before we arrived! We loved drinking our coffee and overlooking the lake! The kids had a blast playing in the back yard and exploring the beach! We will be back!

We had a great time with our family staying in this peaceful home. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, and then some! Kimberly was very responsive and got back to us right away with any questions that we had. The surrounding area was very scenic. We very much enjoyed our time there!

We had such a wonderful stay in this very private, cozy home. We enjoyed walking the beautiful moss covered wooded trails with the dogs and collected a few turkey feathers while wondering. The stars were amazing at night and the milky way was visible. We had a fire outside to relax by when it got cooler outside during our stay. South Haven and the beach is only a shirt drive away to pick up groceries or food from one of the restaurants. The Van Buren State park and nature preserve also very close. The home itself was very comfortable, clean, and had all the things we needed to feel right at home and relax. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay. We would love to come back!

We loved staying at Country Blue ! The location was close to family and friends whom we were visitng. And while we were there for only one night, we realized we found a very special place - exactly as described "a blend of rustic and modern amenities." The CB was very clean, communication with Marcie was very easy and the beds most comfortable. I usually bring my own pillow when I travel because I like to scrunch them up - the pillows at CB were too big for scrunching but that is really just a personal prefereance I like to note. We would give Marcie a 10+ and would definately book again when in the area.

This place lived up to the hype! It was tucked in a serene wooded area with the beach a short distance away. The stay was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities needed for our five day stay, including super comfortable beach chairs. We spent many hours reading and playing chess in the three season room. It was nice the place was equidistant from Saugatuck and Holland, making exploring both towns easy. One disclaimer for anyone with mobility issues—Laketown Beach can be extremely challenging to access (particularly on the way back) since it is a large hill and a super sandy trail. Something to keep in mind when booking.

Sarah is a phenomenal host and beyond considerate. The house is in a great location, walking distance to the beach and downtown, and recently decorated with everything you could possibly need. The fire pit and game room were a hit with the kids. Everything was clean and in great condition. Hope to come back soon.
