The Boutique Hideaway is close enough for convenience but far enough away to enjoy a quiet restful experience making this the perfect base to enjoy what the island has to offer.

Studio/Cabin with en-suite shower and toilet, kitchen with microwave, fridge, small oven, toaster, kettle, cups and plates provided. Freeview TV, bed linen and towels heating and hot water included. Off road parking with own access to studio, a two minute walk to beach, local shops and Hayling Island beach. Would suit walkers and cyclists to explore the area. Dog allowed. No smoking. A new 5 foot pullout sofa bed has now replaced the old 4 foot bed for a more comfortable, sleeping experience.

'Millefleurs' is located in the middle of the island so all the wonderful things the Island has to offer are but a short walk, drive or cycle. Come and enjoy the fresh air, seascape, relax, water sports. You can expect a warm welcome from Philip or Claudi who will be on hand during your stay should you need them.

Horizon View is a stunning beach house over three floors. It offers exceptional views of the beach, sea & Isle of Wight which never fail to impress whatever the weather or time of year. Be energised to walk , swim or partake in local water sports. Or choose to relax , sit and listen to the waves , watch the sun set in the lovely coastal garden with ample seating for social gatherings. The ground floor has been designed to offer an almost self contained area ideal for older family members .

There are 2 small sheltered back gardens with seating separated by an old washhouse/WC/kitchenette. Perfect for preparing an alfresco lunch, BBQ or afternoon tea in the garden! There is also an outdoor shower.

The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. It's a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property. The creek is tidal.

A tranquil retreat for two, Salterns Loft is a first-floor apartment equipped to a high standard. It is accessed through a separate entrance and up a spiral staircase. The large open-plan living area has a fully fitted kitchen and bi-fold doors opening onto a Juliet Balcony with great views over an extensive garden to Chichester Harbour, Tournerbury Woods and the South Downs beyond. The airy bedroom has a king-size bed with en-suite bathroom featuring walk-in shower and double sink.

The Little Gaff is a self contained cabin, located in an 'area of outstanding natural beauty' near the picturesque, harbour town of Emsworth. This beautiful harbourside village has many bars and restaurants and is surrounded by stunning countryside and wildlife. Little Gaff is situated in private grounds, on a secluded road, which provides secure accommodation and private parking. The cabin is raised up above road level, allowing spectacular, uninterrupted views across open marshes.

The Nest
The Nest is a modern, comfortable room with a king sized bed and a kitchenette nestled in the heart of West Wittering village, a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach or the pub for a delicious meal. There are also a couple of cafes within walking distance and the village shop. It is suitable for two adults but we can provide a camp bed for a child for a small additional fee.
