Lovely, Spacious, Private Studio

Beautiful, spacious, spotless, Studio apt. w/ updated kitchen & bathroom (tub & shower) & bamboo floors. The queen size bed is partially separated from the living room by a breakfast counter. Living room has 2 daybeds. Entire space sleeps 4. Excellent WiFi & Cable TV. I will leave good quality bread, eggs, coffee & other breakfast items for you to cook. Pls. note that price will automatically reflect a fee of $30 per night for each additional guest after the first 2 guests. No toddlers.

Bright and welcoming 1 bed/1 bath apartment with a private entrance. Located 1.5 mi from Cornell University. Next to East Hill Plaza; supermarket, drug store, shopping, dining, gym, gas and wine store are just minutes away. TCAT bus service is one block from the apartment. This non-smoking apartment is well-stocked with all the amenities you need for a comfortable and restful stay. Fully furnished with eat-in kitchen, shower, and a beautiful, sunny bedroom. Parking for one car included.

Ithaca Falls View Apartment

Beautiful, private location at the top of Ithaca Falls. A bedroom with a queen bed for 2, a sofa that can sleep 1, a private bathroom, and living room. There is no kitchen or dining room, but there is a a small dining table, two chairs, a microwave, a coffeemaker with coffee, filters, disposable tableware, a toaster, and a mini-fridge (in the closet). It is a 5-minute drive to downtown Ithaca and Cornell University. Ithaca can easily be reached by car, bike, bus, or foot.

The property is fenced and has a pool for use in the summer and a pond with fish to feed. Friendly dogs are welcome (the owners have a friendly beagle-basset who loves to meet other dogs). Beautiful very quiet area close to Buttermilk Falls walking trail. The house has a gazebo and picnic spaces with flower and vegetable gardens in the backyard. Indoor sun room with a huge living room and open kitchen area with beautiful island. Two separate bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed with brand new memory foam mattress-CertiPUR-US Certified. The second bedroom has a full bed with a firm mattress.

We are located at the southern end of Cayuga Lake, near Trumansburg, Newfield, and at the beginning of the Finger Lakes Wine Trail. We are close to local state parks, waterfalls, hiking trails, entertainment, and shopping areas.
