Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in South Jakarta City

Overall my family and I had a very positive experience staying at Mba Astari’s place. House was clean, bedrooms are big, kitchen are fully equipped with cooking utensils and tablewares, amenities are provided. Mba Astari was really friendly, helpful, and responsive. She also went above and beyond to provide utensils for bbq as we stayed there for new year’s eve. Several things to note though: 1. The room without AC was really hot all day, turning on the fan(s) did not really help. Also, the fans were loud so it was better off during the night. We had the door slightly opened and the window opened to let more air in. 2. The toilet in the biggest bedroom’s bathroom is very close to the wall and facing it, would be inconvenient for people with long legs to use. However, there are 3 others toilet you can use without problems. 3. The streets were busy so it was quite noisy all day. The street in front of the house was also a bit narrow, making it tricky to get in and out the carport.

The place was really nice, loved the environment. Lady and staff members were very encouraging and I loved it! Best one I've gone to so far, definitely worth it!

Menginap 2 mlm disini. Semua sangat puas. Tempatnya nyaman, bersih, kamar2 tidur besar., kolam renangnya bersih. Tuan rumahnya jg baik, mudah dihubungi. Besok2 kl perlu villa akan kesini lagi. Terima kasih.

Place is amazing!!! Even better than the photos. So spacious and alot alot of restaurants and coffee shops. So easy to get food like anytime. Everything is so clean and pak Ipoel is very helpful, like anytime we need it, he’s right there to help. Perfect holiday place , just loved it

Keren banget, luas rumahnya bahkan kita cuma ber13 aja kayanya muat sampai 17 orang, tiap orang dapat peralatan mandi spt handuk odol sikat gigi, disediakan welcome snack juga, ada teh dan kopi, ada mesin cuci yang bisa langsung kering jugaa!!! pokoknya nanti bakal balik lagi kalau ada acara kesiniiiii

Super comfortable place. My friends and I really enjoyed staying here. Actually, my friends and I were 'got scammed' by a local promoter for a concert and we decided to stay for a while to relieve our stress. Since we are all workers, we could only staycation in Jakarta. But staying at Roomaku, the vibe is not like in Jakarta. Roomaku was very calming and peaceful place. We can also relax by swimming or just sitting and looking at the garden. It was really satisfying experience stayed in here, especially the warm response from the host and the house assistant. Thanks a lot, Roomaku 💓

Everything was match with the description. The rooms were comfy and enough capacity for 12 person. Amenities, tableware already provided and the wifi were properly functioning. The pool quite cozy for relax and chill. All was perfect, except for the limited parking area (only 2 cars inside). For the rest, you need to arrange the parking outside from the street and walking 500m to the house.

Many restaurants around only at downstairs, have a nice view of Jakarta.

Apartemen pak yusak bersih dan rapi ada 2 kamar yg besar dan sofa bed peralatan dapur lengkap dan ada mesin cuci jg walaupun unit ini sdh cukup berumur, tp terlihat kl unitnya di rawat dgn baik sangat rekomen utk tmpt tinggal selama liburan di jkt dgn keluarga

Unitnya cozy, viewnya dari jendela kamar keren, bersih, kolam renangnya sangat artsy, ada jacuzzi dan gymnya juga. proses cek in sangat mudah. Lokasinya strategis dekat dengan halte busway dan MRT.

Una estancia de un mes, todo muy bien. El piso da la sensación de espacioso, tiene buenas vistas al norte, y una ubicación buena, pues tiene la estación de trenes, línea Bogor, justo debajo, y dos centro comerciales cerca. Cualquier duda o cosa era respondida rápidamente por la propietaria. El Internet era suficiente para poder teletrabajar y no tener problemas. Es la primera vez que me hospedó en este alojamiento, pero la segunda vez que escojo Wood Residence Park.

I stayed here for 60 days and it never disappoints. Permata Hijau suites is such a luxurious apartment block with amazing facilities. The staff working as security and concierge were super friendly and helpful. On top of that, the flat I stayed in was extremely homely. I had no complaints. I would definitely stay again and definitely recommend

My mom and I stayed at Al's again for the second time—and we loved it! The place felt like a true home away from home. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, such as towels and towel mats in the bathroom, hangers, proper amount of utensils, etc. The level of cleanliness was outstanding, with the place being regularly cleaned and maintained, which made for a worry-free and pleasant experience. Al was also responsive as always. Highly recommend!

Darma was a great host, responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our requests. The apartment was very clean and close to public transportation. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place.

Astrid has been among the most excellent people/hosts I've met. The place she owns is precisely like the one in the pictures. Very clean! When I arrived, the Aircond had an issue, and she ensured it was fixed ASAP without disturbing my stay. She communicated well! That's the key. The location of this apartment is in the middle of everything and perfect for a long-term stay like me. It is close to the market, shopping malls, and cafes. The swimming pool is excellent and clean, as well as the Gym. I cooked a lot at her place, cuz, I as a nomad, I worked at home most of the time, and if she had a rice cooker, that completed everything. What I like most about my stay at her place are the complete kitchen utensils. It's rare! I'll most likely make a comeback here in the future because she's open to a faster internet connection that you can hardly get anywhere else in Jakarta. Thanks anyway, Astrid, for being such a helpful host! I'm now scared this unit will be fully booked when I make a comeback :(

The owner is very helpful and easy to communicate. The condo is spacious, my family and I feel very comfortable and also it is easy to commute around. I highly recommended. I will stay again next time.
