Mansion holiday rentals in South Korea

Gather your friends and family together and stay together at this Airbnb. It was clearly built as a hostel, so each bedroom has it's own bathroom, hair dryer, there is a private patio, full size fridge/freezer, rice cooker, hot/cold water faucet on-demand, separate clothes washer and dryer, and plenty of space for communal eating/hanging out. It is bright, airy and lovely! The location is prime with everything needed within walking distance including the subway, beach, night market/street food, etc. I was bummed there wasn't a toaster and a the bedside lamps in a few rooms didn't work, but everything else was stellar and I would definitely stay there again. We had a group of 12 and it was great.

We were on a family holiday with our grown up children and their partners. We had such an incredible few days here. Any query was dealt with immediately - the first night was really hot and the owner came round to find some fans for the bedrooms. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and the area is so fun, but the house is set off the main road so is extremely quiet and peaceful - a haven to come back to after busy days of sightseeing. Thank you for making our stay in Seoul so memorable.

Great responsive hosts and beautiful newly renovated property. Some tweaks here and there can still be done, but this is an amazing value for location, space and appliances that you are getting. Would definitely recommend and book again if I every come back to that part of Seoul. Solid 9.5/10.

Really enjoyed our stay. The place is clean and nice. We liked that it had so many beds and they were fairly comfortable too. The little patio area with the floor to ceiling windows is amazing. So wonderful to enjoy morning coffee out there or a drink at the end of the day and people watch from the 10th floor. Host was very communicative and kind. We liked that there was a water purifier in the kitchen. Location is good in that it is close to the beach and Haundae is a nice/fun neighborhood. I didn’t fully appreciate though that this beach is at least an hour from Busan Station, Gamcheon Cultural Village, the fish market, gukje market, etc (by subway). Still it was a peaceful location, the condo was great, and we were very happy with our stay. Thank you!

It was a pleasant stay and host James was there to receive us and guided us clearly on the amenities. The rooms are nice and clean and provided good space for our party of 6. Located near a park and well known Hongdae area with a lot of restaurants and shops. convenient walk to the subway Hongik Univ. Station.

Central location, great hosts, lovely place. Very proactive to troubleshoot and problem solve also. Our room’s blinds were not working and as the sun rose about 4+am daily, and was disruptive for my son but the hosts quickly bought blackout curtains to replace. Location wise was very central but one thing to note it’s quite a walk uphill back. most of Seoul’s housing is like that, but if you have elderly it may be something to note. Overall we loved the place and we’re so glad we chose to stay here as a family over a hotel as it felt much like home.

I went on a big family trip with a 9-month-old baby, but the host prepared everything so meticulously that I had a really comfortable stay. It was the best to the point that all the families were satisfied!! Emotional, view, as well as cleanliness, comfort... It was really nice.

I made a reservation at the same time as the chalet for a family event. There is a bus stop right in front, so I think the transportation to the accommodation is good. The exterior left the original charm of Hanok intact, and I could feel the quietness, and the wide courtyard and scenery I saw sitting on the floor was a very wonderful scenery that was not easily seen in the center of Seoul. In particular, the hanok and scenery seen at night are so cool that I still remember them. The people I went with were so satisfied that I want to stay again if I have the chance next time.

We had a good time with the family. It was nice that the communication was fast, and I will use it again if I have time next time.

It's so nice as a travel accommodation for large families or two families! It was a property that satisfied all 9 people, including children. It's a very spacious place where you can play, eat, and rest freely. If you have children, I highly recommend it! The owner is so kind! Best,

The best thing to see in Gyeongju, it's so convenient to see because the accommodation is located in a place with many restaurants. The accommodation is pretty and the air conditioner works well, so I rested without any inconvenience. ^^

Everything is near perfect but just take note apartment is on level 3 & 2 with no access to elevator so carry your suitcase up and down during check in and check out. Beds are not the plush with thick comforter during summer. A thin , rather rough mattress topper cloth is provided. Bedsheet is a thin sheet placed on top of a waterproof mattress protector so u get a rather plastic feeling on the bed. Everyone gets only 1 large bath towel for our 6 days trip but upon request, Carrie passed us more. Dryer has little heat so wet clothes can’t really dry. The water in the middle toilet has inconsistent water flow n middle toilet door lock was damaged by previous occupant so we couldn’t close the toilet door when showering. Carrie was apologetic about it so not her fault. Above all these, Carrie is the best host u can get. She provided travel adapter, multi plug extension and even allowed us to store luggage FOc & helped us carry in apt.Carrie tries her best to make your stay comfortable ?

A large family of 20 came and used it, and everyone is very satisfied. The moment I entered the accommodation, I was a little embarrassed because it was out of the way. The road was short, so there was no problem. Everything was good, including tidying up, friendly instructions, and a quiet environment. From parents in their 80s, we in our 40s and 50s, and our teenage nieces and nephews in their 20s were satisfied. Especially since there is a ping pong table, I had more fun.

We are a family of eight with two small children. The kids loved the place as there was space for them to run around. The place is big enough for eight of us to stay comfortably and the host is very responsive and helpful. Would recommend anyone visiting Aewol to stay here!

First of all, I'm sorry for contacting you during cleaning due to the check-in time. The accommodation was a place with many good points, like many reviews. However, there was a barn nearby, so the smell reached the yard, and it was uncomfortable when using the barbecue. It smells a lot every time the wind blows. I knew the kitchen was on the second floor, but I think it would be nice to have a refrigerator on the first floor or near the barbecue. Refrigerator and dining table on the 1st floor I think it would be better if there was a sofa on the second floor.

It was nice to be comfortable with my family like at home. The host was also more comfortable with the cumbersome request.

I stayed here because Chungju is right in the middle of where I live and where my friends meet. It was supposed to be 8 adults and 2 children, but the children were sick the day before, so only 7 adults stayed. First of all, it was nice that the accommodation was spacious. To describe the accommodation... There are 3 rooms on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bedroom with a bathroom. 1.5 rooms on the 2nd floor? There are two rooms, one of which has to be accessed through the other room, and the inner room has children's toys and books. There are air conditioners on the second floor, and there are one in the living room and one in the bathroom on the first floor. There are two bathrooms, one in the living room and one in the room with a bathroom, and they are clean and have plenty of towels. The kitchen has everything you need, and there are plenty of dishes, pots, etc. There are some basic seasonings. Outside, there is a large garden and lawn. Long table and 2 barbecue grills (drum type and Weber grill) on the terrace The barbecue area is connected to the kitchen, making it convenient to use. I bought mosquito repellent, but there is a home mat in each room that can be used to grow flowers. Overall, the accommodation was in good condition, clean and spacious. Things to consider. The slope of the road entering the road is steep. I think we should be careful with the car. There's a bit of a musty smell in the entrance. It takes a long time to visit the city or other tourist attractions because it is located in a remote area. We all stayed for one night and were satisfied. I think it would have been better if the kids had come~ I want to book it again if we meet next time! I had a good rest and had a good time ~

Place is as advertised, clean utensils and rooms. Great cafe 2 minutes away and super market 10 minutes away. Recommended for parties of 6+ people.

The response was really fast, so it was easy to communicate. The accommodation was the same as the photos, and it was clean and cozy, so I stayed comfortably with my parents!

From check-in, I was able to use it conveniently with the host's friendly guidance text. The spacious and quiet accommodation was comfortable like my own home for 2 nights and 3 days, and everyone was busy admiring the wonderful ocean view. I used the kitchen bowls without any shortage. The welcome wine and tea box were impressive. They prepared plenty of towels, and it was nice that they communicated quickly to add more toilet paper. There were also many restaurants nearby. The hydrangea of the Joseon Marine Village nearby was so beautiful. Thank you for giving me such a great accommodation at a good price. It's a great place to stay, so I'd love to use it again if I come to Geoje next time.
