Lovely home, very spacious, beautiful, and excellently stocked with amenities. Minutes away from the Lake, grocery store, town, etc. Fantastic and responsive hosts -- we helped refill one of the propane tanks and they reimbursed as promised! We will stay here again next time we're back in Lake Tahoe.

Amazing lakefront property and best place we’ve stayed in Tahoe yet! Incredible views from the main living space. Ryan, the host was extremely accommodating and responsive our entire stay. The use of paddle boards and the dock was a hit with our kids. We paddled to Garwoods, a must on every visit for our family. We had everything we needed from beach towels to kitchen utensils & the bbq. We are very appreciative to Ryan & his family for sharing their lake house with us to make our own memories and we hope to return in the future!

My family and I had the MOST relaxing stay here. We didn’t leave the house! The views from the house were just so breathtaking. And the house itself felt so homey. We had everything we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Karen’s place was lovely. The space was clean and you cannot beat the location.

Great location/setting on the water. Nice grassy area w/seating above the beach. Its an easy property to immediately feel comfortable in: Kitchen was straight forward to work in and the dinning and living rooms were spacious & relaxed w/nice views. Heater worked well and quietly. Bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. 5 minutes to Tahoe City (south) and 5 minutes to Cornelian Bay - lots of beaches and parks near by.

Beautiful stay in Lake Tahoe! The beach and pool are just out the back door. The condo complex is family friendly and our toddler loved playing in the water. Unit is located just a short walk from a marina, shops and restaurants. Unit was well-stocked with cooking essentials and was immaculately clean. It was warmer than expected so we did miss the A/C, but the unit had many fans to keep it breezy (we were able to set one up in every room). Overall had a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! The cabin was exactly like the photos and was perfect for our family. The kids loved the ping pong table and other games, and we also enjoyed the hot tub. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The town of Truckee is very close and has great shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again if and when we return.

Alyssa and her husband are super host. Super friendly with very timely, clear instructions. The house is in a great condition in a convenient location close to shops, yet in the peaceful neighborhood. They recommended us a few places to visit, which were spot on! I would come back! We had a great time in this cozy home. Everything was spotless! The location is 1/2 block from the lake and close to a few eating establishments and stores like 7-11. I especially enjoyed the trail system that began a block for the house- so much fun riding and running around the trails.

Very spacious house, conveniently located close to Lake Blvd, providing a short drive to Kings Beach, Northstar, Tahoe City, and the Alpine and Palisades resorts. The house is quite spacious, with plenty of sitting space, a good kitchen and dining room space. There is room for 4 cars in the driveway, plus one or two in the garage (depending on your parking skills ;-), which is nice. My friends and I are already thinking of trying to rent this lodge again next year (although this review may make it more difficult...). We had a small issue with the hot tub -- it was perfectly usable (it is really big too), but the jets did not function correctly every time. This has been reported and given Madelyn's responsiveness, I am confident that this will be solved.

This was the perfect vacation home for us. Kings Beach is nearby hardly 5min drive. Safeway is nearby. The home was really cozy, bear themed. The outside deck was amazing to relax. We used the grill as well and was amazing. 100% recommend to stay here if you are here in North Lake Tahoe. Also, Lisa's responsiveness was quick and she helped us with information throughout the trip. Bed was comfortable as well. We saw one coyote around from the deck outside.

Was a very convenient location. We were able to park our RV in the driveway.

The cabin was in a great neighborhood, surrounded by trees and very quiet. The location was great for accessing hiking trails, and it was also easy to get to restaurants in Truckee. The cabin layout felt spacious, and the little upstairs reading nook was great for relaxing and reading in the early morning.

We liked that it felt like a family cabin, not something put together just to rent out. Updated kitchen and bathroom. At the end of a dead end street so very private and quiet with a walking trail right out the door.

Great Cabin to stay over at while on a mini vacation with the family over the summer ! :) it was cool that it was a 5 minute drive away from Kings Beach and nearby places to eat and several gas stations.

This house was perfect for our family get away! Peaceful, modern, clean well stocked, and the BEST location. We were a short walk to Skylandia Beach and we were able to get a killer view of the lake just by walking to the end of the street. Sugarpine Cakery is a MUST and easily walkable. We plan on staying here again!!

We loved Amanda's cabin. It was private and secluded enough where we felt we had our own space while still being close to everything we needed. Our toddler also loved the park which was less than a 10 minute walk from the cabin. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals at home instead of eating out too. We would definitely stay again!

Thomas’s property is in a quiet, residential subdivision with its own beach, next door to Zephyr Cove Resort. Staying in Zephyr Cove is a great alternative to South Lake Tahoe. It’s just far enough away from town to avoid all the traffic and hoards of people, but it’s only about a 10 minute drive to Stateline / Heavenly areas. There’s even a Safeway nearby. The private beach is sandy, clean, large and was not crowded. It has beautiful views of Zephyr Cove to across Lake Tahoe and features some amazing sunsets. It’s an easy walk from the cabin with only a slight elevation gain on the walk back. In the backyard there was a little wagon we used to haul our beach gear. The cabin had plenty of space for us all to spread out and relax, and made it easy to unwind and enjoy each other’s company. The kitchen is large with plenty of pots and pans, utensils, glassware and dishes, etc. The adjacent dining area has a beautiful oak table with plenty of seating.

Michele’s condo is a great place to stay, especially if you have children. It’s a very easy walk to the lake. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, too!

There was six adults and two young children and the house was perfect. The upstairs had great toys for the two and four year old very active boys. The kitchen had everything we would need plus more. The living room was huge and very comfy, a big table for all of us to sit and eat as a family. Close enough for us to walk to a beach on the lake. We had a great time even though it snowed on us coming back from Emerald Bay. We had hoped for warmer weather but nothing we could do about that. Thanks for the hospitality and the great memories. Would definitely stay here again. Oh and the hot tub made the colder weather much better.

The stay at Melissa’s Airbnb was very nice, the house is super close to the main market and in a private and quiet area at the same time! We really enjoyed Star gazing from her backyard and chilling the hot tub under the stars. She was very responsive and helpful! Totally recommend staying here.

This was the most beautiful, and clean Air BnB I’ve ever stayed at. The cabin has everything you could ever need to enjoy a stay in Lake Tahoe from all kinds of kitchen utensils, a grill outside, a hot tub, and even paddle boards. The location was SO peaceful and quiet. We also really appreciated that the host was so responsive and provided us with all of the information we needed for our stay. We hope to stay here again in the future as we will definitely be coming back to the area!
