Surrounded by mature pine trees, the home features a classic wood-paneled interior, a fully remodeled bathroom, and a large wrap-around deck. Located just off Pioneer Trail, the cabin offers a quiet residential setting less than 10 minutes from Heavenly Mountain Resort, local beaches, and the Stateline area. Large windows throughout offer peaceful, secluded views of the surrounding forest on the property. Living Area Furnished with a black leather sofa, a secondary grey sofa positioned by the windows, and a separate tan leather armchair. The room is heated by a freestanding gas stove set on a raised brick hearth. Kitchen & Dining The kitchen area includes wood cabinetry and standard appliances. A standalone side counter provides extra workspace and holds the microwave, toaster, and drip coffee maker. The Bathroom Completely remodeled with a modern layout, featuring a walk-in shower with large-format stone-look tiles and sliding glass doors, matte black plumbing fixtures, a dark quartz-top vanity, and a round wood-framed mirror. Bedrooms Two private bedrooms are located off the main living area, each featuring windows with forest views and standard closet space.
