We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. Please make sure to enter the right amount of guests ;-)

When we are not using our 2nd home, it is available for Airbnb guests. Our family home since 1986; when I designed & personally built it for my parents. There are sitting areas all around to inspire & a perimeter path to walk. There are dirt roads to travel, so drive slow & watch for deer. Winter roads are an adventure!

A comfortable home-away with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, living room, and kitchen with full-frig, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric range, toaster oven, microwave and counter that seats 6. New mattresses, bedding, pillows, and towels. Guests welcome to use back patio area with natural fire pit, covered pavilion with gas fire feature, grill and hot tub. Great Wifi and Smart TV.

Omega Bed and Breakfast

Omega B & B, built in 2023, is a private, two-story, tiny home on the property of the hosts. Perfect for two, it features a full kitchen, living area, work area and murphy bed (for additional guests) on the top floor. The main bedroom, bathroom, laundry and coffee/wine bar are on the lower level. Guests need to be able to navigate steps both inside and outside the home. There is a parking space for one car. Caroline Cottage

Unique one-room cottage on the bank of the Huron River. A half-mile walk to the pedestrian-friendly Village of Milford, known for its array of shops, restaurants, outside dining, concerts, and festivals. Perfect bungalow for single, couple, or small family. Living area has double sofa bed. Tiny home with many unique features. Fire pit at river's edge for relaxing or roasting marshmallows, and a gas grill on the dining patio. Two sit-in kayaks available May 15–Oct. 15.

Milford Opera House Loft

The historic Milford Opera House was built in 1875 in the Heart of Downtown Milford, MI. The upper floor is a 3,000 sq. ft. luxury loft. The loft has a huge open floor plan with a King bedroom set & 2 Bedrooms. Guests also have access to the huge projection television & 1875 Pool Table in the common area. Outside the back deck is a beautiful view of the Lower Mill Pond & railroad tracks. Check in is at 3pm, early check ins are not available.

Private Lake House Suite

Very nice private suite in lake house on col de sac at private lake in our home. If you like peace and quiet in nature setting this is it. Property is on a hillside, so guests are required to use steps and slanted walkways. We live above the suite and would like to share this beautiful place with you. Parking: please park on the street right in front of our house. Don't turn around in the neighbor's driveway across the street.
