Relax on the balcony or patio in this 3 br 2 1/2 bath home with million dollar mountain view! 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home bordering 50 miles of trails at South Mountain Park. Neighbors on only one side as the property is next to trail access for the park is behind the home. Wildlife includes quail, woodpeckers, roadrunners, squirrels, coyotes, and more!
