The home is in a quiet and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale and is within driving distance to nightlife spots, restaurants, hiking, and sporting event locations. 1 Bedroom Casita guest house with queen bed. Seperate living room area with a full kitchen. Full bathroom with a walk in shower. 50 inch tv in the living room and 32 inch tv in the bedroom. Our casita has wifi. Everything is brand new in here including a new remodel. Casita is very private from the main house and has its own parking and outdoor area. Washer and dryer in the unit with everything else you need to enjoy your stay. Great location close to South Mountain, airport & downtown.
