Holiday rentals with a patio in South Orange Village

Tamayo was a great host, and this was a lovely stay! The apartment had great views. It was clean and orderly, and looked just like the pictures. Tamayo was available if we needed anything at all, and even brought us an extra blanket, which was so sweet! The location was alright -- garbage was piled up outside the building for most of our stay. I don't know how garbage pick-up works in NJ, there's no bins. Either way, it was unpleasant to walk past. But there's nothing to be done about that! I would keep that in mind, but it was ABSOLUTELY worth it either way! A great price for a great place! We never had a chance to check-out the rooftop, but if I come back to NJ, I'll keep this place in mind! Thanks again!! :)

Our stay at Gonza's in North Bergen was very successful. The accommodation was very easy to find thanks to the description. The entire accommodation was really very clean and equipped as described. We felt very comfortable and it was just the right thing to unwind and rest in the evening after exciting days in New York. The apartment is about 10 minutes' walk from the bus stop, from which you can reach New York in 30 minutes (with good traffic conditions) to 45 minutes (if there is a little more going on). So we always had to plan some travel time, but that was also stated in the description of the accommodation. Gonza was always immediately available for us for questions. Overall, we felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the accommodation for a New York trip.

I had a great stay here. The unit was just as described, clean and comfortable. There is a short walk and bus ride to NYC that takes about 30-45 minutes, so plan ahead. Nestor was responsive by phone and a great host overall.

This property was fantastic! The location is super walkable to everything Hoboken has to offer and is very walkable to the Path. The home is simply lovely & very welcoming. The outdoor space is perfect for reading a book or sipping coffee. Elgha was very responsive & an excellent host. We will absolutely be back!

The place looks exactly like the photos. It was more than enough space to accommodate a party of 11. The host Mina was easy to communicate with and always responded promptly.

Nicole’s place was just as beautiful as pictured. My friends really enjoyed staying there and found it very welcoming. The house was conveniently located near multiple places we visited during our stay. The check-in process was seamless and the details provided were clear and helpful. I’ll definitely keep Nicole’s space in mind for future trips!

Had a wonderful stay at Marcelo's place. He was always responsive to questions about anything and very quick to respond to any issues in the property. I liked that it was very close to the bus stop for the bus to New York City (Port Authority Bus Terminal). There is a shared full kitchen if you want to use it for breakfast or cooking meals. And also shared washer and dryer which is luxury.

Amazing place to stay, my family and I were comfortable and whatever we needed Peter was able to accommodate. Will definitely stay here again!

Genia's Airbnb was great. A nice small spot near to NY. Easily accessible for public transportation, place was clean, small and intimate. I felt safe and would highly recommend anyone to stay here

Richard is a great host first and foremost. He was very responsive and accommodating. During my first night, we had a hiccup with the air conditioner not working and he worked very quickly to get it repaired for the rest of my trip. The house looks just like the pictures which I thought was great. Would definitely recommend this home. Also, I love the amount of space that you have if you’re staying in a big group.

Stephania and Elimil have been the best hosts I have ever had! The friendliness and efficiency in their help has been in parallel to great hotels. The house is in a beautiful spot next to a park and river, yet with walking distance to super market and Westfield mall. The appliances all functioned great and updated with newest technologies. Clean and efficient house that made us feel like home. Area felt friendly and safe too.

Excellent communication! Helped me quickly resolve an issue with my Xbox not connecting to Wi-Fi. Fast response and very efficient support. Easy to access house and nice house.

Wow what an absolute gem of an apartment . Very clean and has everything you would ever need , high spec appliances and furnishings . Location for us was just right about a 25 min walk to the path rail and you were in the heart of NYC. Great supermarket nearby . Anthony was super responsive to any questions we had .The rooftop is an amazing place to escape the hustle of the city and we watched some amazing sunsets from there. There is absolutely nothing less than perfection here , if you are lucky enough to find availability book it .. I can assure you will be as amazed as we were . Stayed with my father and enjoyed an extremely comfortable Airbnb stay. Freda was prompt and accurate, making check-in and communication effortless. The home was impeccably clean and thoughtfully arranged, with clear instructions throughout. We loved the calming living room view of the spacious lawn and trees. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore.

David was incredibly kind and responsive, always quick to answer any questions and made check-in super easy. It’s clear he put a lot of care into making their guests feel welcome.
