What a fantastic place! Sue and Roy were super helpful throughout - really clear instructions and communication. The space was clean and well stocked with breakfast bits, tea and coffee and everything we could want and need. The area is a quiet village, and our hosts were great in giving recommendations for food and helping us get taxis to a local venue we were attending. Both Sue and Roy were really friendly and went above and beyond with making sure we had the best stay. They were definitely best hosts we have had before. We would absolutely recommend this place!

We have just returned home after spending 2 nights at the annex over the Twixmas period. What a fabulous property this is. It was so warm and cosy. We truly appreciated the addition of the Xmas decorations, along with the wonderful welcome hamper provided. We met Sheila on our final day and so pleased to meet in person. Lovely lady and truly a super host. We would highly recommend this property for all your holiday needs. A true home from home in a great location, close to all the amenities in Bedale. Giles and Rachel are the perfect hosts, this was the cleanest air bnb I’ve ever stayed in and it had the nicest hosts. The property looked just like the photos and is in the most stunning countryside. Giles had been in just the right amount of contact before the trip to ensure we were totally prepared for check in. There was a handy welcome sheet which recommended things to do and places to eat, we had a lovely meal at the fox and hounds. Highly recommend this property and these hosts and I hope to be back later in the year!

We had a wonderful stay! Cathy and Tony were welcoming and friendly. The annex was spotlessly clean with all amenities we needed. It is very spacious - just like having your own house. Very comfortable with everything to feel like home. There was a very generous welcome package of goodies to get us started too. Location is excellent for taking day trips and very close to the amenities of Thirsk but with a country feel.
